I already signed this existing petition which allows you to voice your opinion about how Trump is handling things as President.
It’s all done digitally and takes about 3 minutes to sign digitally.
1 million signatures are needed so share it everywhere if you feel strongly about Freedom, the Integrity of our people as American citizens, and want to see that our children grow up an environment where they look up to their elders and are not disgusted by them instead.
Give me long enough and I can usually find the answer to most anything.
I’m kind of like a white paper in writing, in that I try tout find the answer or solution in most every situation, finding positive solutions to problems or simply enhancing the quality of people’s personal and work lives.

Me choosing scrumptious subtlety sweet Italian Lemon Cream Cake at Fellini’s Italian Restaurant at the Stratosphere by candlelight late at night
which is something I typically don’t do as I go to bed pretty early and get up pretty early, but something told me to just go out and enjoy my Thanksgiving the day before all the crowds blocked the freeway getting down to the strip today on Thanksgiving. So, since I took a nap and got extra sleep I was able to go out down to Roxy’s Diner where I have lots of friends who work there, and it’s always a wonderful time there and I had an open faced turkey sandwich, which was almost a Thanksgiving dinner! It was so big that I’m going to be in the leftovers today.
The photo that miraculously had enough power, even on power saver to make possible.
I didn’t take my usual three batteries for my Note 4, and didn’t really want to sit at Starbucks doing work like I usually do, OR carry a bunch of “junk” with me that weighs a ton, like I usually do. We all need balance in life and we need to maximize every area of our life be it personal , work, spiritual and physical exercise too.
It’s good to do something out of the ordinary and be spontaneous once in awhile and communicate with people, not take an earpiece purposely, even if you like to listen to music on a playlist through the day or whatever, but just connect with life and the living.
I know I made everyone else’s Thanksgiving extraordinary that I went out of my way to communicate with in a totally genuine way, and every time I did that Joy came back at me like I have a boomerang.
They hire people who are really wonderful and kind and go out of their way at The Stratosphere anyway. It was fun to go up to police officers, security guards, people who were traveling from other states, people who sat alone, and people who are doing heavy manual labor jobs and purposely wish them a very blessed Thanksgiving.
People who do that kind of work NEED KINDNESSS most of all because they do their job with smiles on their faces but quite often get lost in the shuffle of life.
It’s nice when one person looks their name tag and thinks enough of them to call them my name and let them know that they’re important. Things like that can make a difference in somebody’s life.
May you all have a most blessed Thanksgiving and carry the spirit of Thanksgiving with you every day throughout the year.

When I heard this song play this afternoon I remembered the opening of the movie with a feather that was done with CGI Graphics that was blowing all over the place through town, landing on the bench where Forrest Gump was sitting.
I remember so vividly in technicolor and have that beautiful image playing in my mind like the movie did.
Combined with the beautiful soundtrack music that Alan Silvestri wrote, “I Am Forrest Gump”, it will always move and inspire me. The music Only lasts for 2 minutes but it’s a glorious 2 minutes!
I can still remember remember it as though it was yesterday.
I also remembered that I bought the sheet music to it, actually Mark bought it for me (my ex-husband) and I was trying to find it the other day. But it was lost in my sea of sheet music. ALL THOSE YEARS OF TEACHING PIANO I COLLECTED a Lot of sheet music. It’s unfortunate though, that sometimes I can’t find what I am looking for!
I considered the song lost in my sea of sheet music, and decided I would simply do as I always did before I learned how to read sheet music which is just sit down, listen and play what I heard.
I put it on a loop on Spotify and tried to play by the sing by ear instead! AND TO MY ELATED SURPRISE, I DID.
The motto of the story is- shoot for the best that you can do in this world and then just try because the best that can happen is you just might do it!

It’s no matter that I have lived in Las Vegas, NV several years now with the dust blowing around me and the rocks beneath my feet; it will always be summer in my heart and soul.
Me below at the Starbucks in The Stratosphere. The photo was taken a few days ago on the 11th of November.
I was born in Tucson, Arizona, also the desert Southwest, but for over 40 years of my life. Southern California was my home.
I was old enough to truly appreciate the blue expanse of the Pacific Ocean around me, the palm trees calm of the beautiful flowers and all of the other extraordinary scenery of California.
It is where I went elementary school, Middle School, High School and college graduate School. Where I was married and 15 years later unfortunately divorced. But it’s also where I began discovering who I really was deep inside after being true to my inner voice, as I call my intuition.
I would love to lease a place there and yet keep my place in Vegas. That way, I could enjoy the uniqueness of both and do work with my old clients and discover new ones.
There are no perfect places to live, but ones that can never be forgotten, like the special people who have helped make me who I am.
I hope that what’s coming for me is like my paper whites blooming with twice the blooms they were supposed to have, my goals exceeding my expectations.

I bought 20 beautiful large paperwhites about a month ago, and due to all the terrible weather events we had all over the world, they were delayed in the shipment. I contacted the people that I bought them from and one of the managers contacted me back and they were sent priority mail the next day.
Even though it’s Autumn here in Las Vegas, Nevada with very few if any fall leaves to be seen, I’m going to be creating “Springtime in Autumn” by forcing paperwhites indoors.
Bulbs are so easy to work with and you can keep them going for years. They’re awesome for a beginning gardener. Usually just plant them about 1/2 to 3 times deep of what the bulb size is; the planting directions will tell you.
Years ago in my first house in Sandy Utah, when I was married to the rocket scientist, Mark”s sweet and very generous grandmother Hazel Griffin sent us several hundred dollars worth of bulbs and I had fun playing them all over the yard in around the bhouse.
I kept those orchids going for many years after and they were absolutely gorgeous. There were jumbo gladiolus and red and yellow and tulips, because we got snow in Sandy, Utah which was 20 minutes away from Salt Lake City. It was just awesome living there. I wouldn’t do it now because of the high amount of snow Utah gets. it’s great we can have a guy cleaning the driveway, and when you’re driving in a car everywhere you go. But for me who walks and uses lift and gets around a myriad of ways, it wouldn’t be logistically smart. but I will always remember the extraordinary Panorama mountains and how it look like a painting, how clear it was from where we lived by the Wasatch mountains off to see the Capitol building we could see as clear as day. I would say that Sandy Utah Salt Lake City is the opposite of Las Vegas Nevada. They’re people with their doors open and as long as you were good people they were good to you. Here we have a high crime rate high fraud rate there’s weirdos and goofballs and drunks all over the place it’s the opposite of what that place was, and what many places are I like my place here and it is cheaper to live but there’s prices you pay for that.
Utah was beautiful country and that the Mormon people were so awesome so kind so nice because I learned all about there and even though I didn’t believe what they did we respected one another . I wish more people thought like that . You don’t have to agree with everybody just need to respect their viewpoints and their beliefs.
Around Christmas time at The Visitor Center, they spent about three months every year wiring lights all around Visitor Center it was absolutely gorgeous.
Back to the bulbs, you can keep bulbs going for years just by taking them out, if you live in an area where you can do daffodils outside, like I used to in Southern California, I naturalized them outdoors and my last house in Orange California with the now ex and, I had crocus coming up ‘the first to come up in the spring time and daffodils.
I love growing things this is the first place that I’ve had where I could actually do that and think of growing things once I learned how to do it here in the terribly hot southwest desert.
I hope that by airing this video and buy me writing this, you’ll think of creating “Springtime at Autumn” where you live, and adding joy to your desk or your window sill by planting some really beautiful paperwhites
I ordered these around my birthday August 31st, which was the time they recommend to plant these. But, if you plant them (force them) indoors, you can have these going all year.
It’s kind of like having Springtime in your window sill are on your desk, which is what I’ll be having in about 2 weeks once I plant them.
I have everything but the little glass planter that you need to do these and gravel hydroponically.
I’m soon getting ready to head for church but I wanted to air this.
As I learn the world learns with me, and that’s just one of the cool thing about having a blog that’s read all over the world.
God bless you all.
If you’re Mormon, Muslim, Jewish, Agnostic, Atheist, Buddhist, and any other Christian faith, or don’t know what you believe, I bless you anyway and I hope that only good comes to you in every way.
We’re all the same on this planet and it really doesn’t matter. What matters is how you act and how you treat people it’s not the name your faith and it’s not how many times you go to church.
None of that matters what matters is who you are, what you do and what you bring to the world and what you want to leave the world as because you were in it.
