In life I go by a simple Creed which is:

Do what works over and over again.

After all, Einstein said “doing the same thing that doesn’t work over and over is called insanity.”

For instance, don’t keep calling people who don’t call you back, that’s like banging your head against a brick wall.

Some people are like brick walls. They have no brains or minds, or at least they don’t use them, and no matter what you say to them they don’t absorb anything you say because their intelligence level is so beneath you that you’d have to recreate them.

They probably will never understand.

For instance, I was in an accident on the 5th of this month, which is why I didn’t write the “Serene Sunday” feature that I always do.

When I was going through civil attorneys to sue RTC which involves suing the state because I was injured on my back now has a contusion it’s now healing in my left leg is slightly injured, I had to explain to a few civil lawyers that my rights were violated and that RTC turned me down for Paratransit and said that epilepsy wasn’t a disability even though I was diagnosed at age 9 I’ve been taking medicine since I was 9 years old and have nearly died 5 times in my life and I used to be in a wheelchair I’ve been seeing Specialists of the best caliber since I was 9. But I wasn’t disabled enough. What the heck does that mean and what idiot said that? Dan Howland, the president of RTC Paratransit said that because he said before I took the test he didn’t have to care about people with epilepsy he just had to do his job. Really now.

At the time I had a doctor’s letter from one of the only promenent neurologists in the state of Nevada. RTC play God when they had no right to because I broke my ankle after that and was nearly in a power chair. That ain’t cool no has arthritis not bitching but that is true none of that should have happened had they been intelligent and compassionate and understood that there are more kinds of disabilities in the world and people in wheelchairs.

So I can’t tell you what the cuss words were that I said to the jackass on the phone, but they were more than “jackass”. oh yes, I said what do you have blank for brains? And the guy hung up on me thank you.

California is known for its a d a law non-smoking you name it is just a better overall place to live in terms of sophistication and intelligence and the Arts. But it won’t pay my rent with my SSI check like this dust heap of a state will.

I’ve always had paratransit since my near fatal car accident that miraculously didn’t kill me 25 years ago.

I made it out with a jaws of life basically with all my neighbors in Huntington Beach applauding and with me saying thank God I didn’t injure anybody and thank God I was okay And thirdly I’ll never do that again!

So what redneck imbecile who doesn’t understand about neurological disorders had the audacity to write I wasn’t disabled enough after the doctor mandated it in a letter and basically ordered them to give me Paratransit or it would put me at great risk in the heat.

And that it did on the 5th of this month when I had a drop seizure in hundred and three degree heat after walking four and a half miles with my Skechers gel soles taking buses and walking all over the place with my hand cart.

Fortunately a Good Samaritan found me laying on the sidewalk, with my hand cart next to me put up my tablet my computer and it.

I was also grateful no one stole my computer or my tablet or anything with it because in my town people would be more apt to leave me laying there and go steal the hand cart that’s Las Vegas for you!

Ktnv News already expressed interest in doing my story and I’m going to let him run with it and so did Ksnv News and I’m going to call every other station I can and let them see this story I just wrote.

I’ll just send them the link to it my words and true tragic story will do the rest. Humiliation and public demoralisation on national TV has a good way of making RTC realize the damage that they did and realize they had no right to allow me to ever have multiple injuries which is what RTC did.

I’m nobody’s victim never have been and never will be.

After hearing that I had arthritis in the ankle I broke due to not getting Paratransit a couple months ago and after seeing Paratransit bus pick my blind neighbor up right across the street everyday that should be picking me up too.

I will be suing for 50 million dollars for my lost freedom of which you cannot put a price on.

I’m also suing for lost wages of which just this year alone for 20 jobs I had to say no to because I couldn’t get down to the strip and many of them paid over $50,000 to $60,000 a year.

Now multiply that by 2014 to 2018.

Now take your average Lyft ride which is $7 One Way $14 which is the round trip and now multiply that x 365.

Those are some of the prices I had to pay for my freedom and I want every cent of that back in full.

Now add in the physical injuries and mental anguish and also putting my safety at risk by sitting next to drunks and Winos and Weirdos and goofballs who have done everything from touch me to nearly punch me because they were on drugs and I didn’t know it. after sitting next to the drunk drug-crazed weirdo

I took Lyft ever since because I’m a firm believer in that repeating the same mistake twice!

the state simply doesn’t care about much of anything and they don’t make the criminals pay for what they do which is why they do it.

On the upside, I’m looking to hire personal assistants who can drive me to the locations I will work at.

About 10 great friends that I thought were really great weren’t so great.

How are you doing is a very underused thing to ask a person.

I hope to be like Rosa Parks in the back of that bus, making history in the state of Nevada for all people with disabilities and all people who have epilepsy

Don’t waste your time with those kind of people and instead gravitate towards those who you have a deep understanding within a common kinship with and you don’t need to pay them something to do something for you or with you, and being around them is like a breath of fresh air.

In other words don’t force things in life.

What is supposed to happen simply will with no effort at all.

Learn from your mistakes and don’t ever repeat them again and problem-solve and figure out how you can do something new and different and actually spend the time thinking so you don’t make the same mistake again.

Refine your strategies all the time every day and adapt and be like a surfer on a wave in the ocean who balances his weight and his steps and his movements according to how big that wave is.

Life is like that.

We are like Surfers in the Ocean of Life that are Constantly Adapting and evolving, depending on what life throws at us.
