I finished The WOW Book (Unabridged) by Todd Durkin today, and it’s one of the best books I have read in 10 years. It was narrated by Todd Durkin and he’s a great, true-life story teller, telling tales of sadness, joy, grief and all the colors in the palette of life.
I listened to it on my Audible app and highly recommend it as a must read from both a get in top shape standpoint, but he has fun point by point action plans to remember so you can do what matters and focus on what’s most important.
