Creating a landing page for WordPress to sell your ebook & My 1st book is Coming Along Nicely

Above image from Pinterest.

Written and compiled by Paulette Motzko.

Aside from this informational link that goes to an article about how to create a landing page to sell your own special ebook, my 1st book is really coming together nicely.

I’m so happy with how my 1st inspirational photo book is coming out. The title is “In The Desert a Cactus Blooms by

Paulette L. Motzko, Copyright 2018.

I was working on the proposal a few days ago at a place in Summerlin and everyone that heard what the book was about and saw examples of the pictures in it wanted to buy it!

That makes me so happy when someone takes a double-take at what I’m doing and thinks it provides value to the world.

I am sending two publishers who I think would be interested in it the concept this week in hopes they’ll sign a contract with me to print the Journal: Workbook version.

Say a prayer for me.

Two people want to buy it when it comes out just buy seeing me write it and created, them asking what I was doing, me telling them and then being really interested in the book! Everybody that’s heard what the book will be, which is going to be part Journal, part memoir with inspirational photos that I’ve created that say empowering words.

I will give people room to write in it so that they can write their answers to the questions I will ask.

That’s going to be the book form. There’s going to be another one that’s going to be available in the form of an ebook, which is what I’m learning how to do right now.

I hope this article helps any of you out there who are also writers and who are also writing books and who would like to Showcase maybe some of your beautiful photos in a book or calendar or any other photographic customized item.

“In the Desert a Cactus Blooms.”

Heading off to eat my lunch now. I have a piano lesson coming at 1 p.m. today.

Hurricane Maria killed more than 4,600 in Puerto Rico, not 64

From Usatoday only less than 20 minutes ago. How in the world could they’ve got the calculation so wrong it’s beyond me!

It is so sad because they are simply ordinary, hard working people just trying to live. To have their entire country ravaged like that is so devastating and tragic.

I know we already have Puerto Rico lots of money but I really don’t understand why most of them go without power and water and basic things to live still.

Someone from Puerto Rico here that I met at my apartment complex said that it’s the money is not getting to the right people to do the work and fix the problems.

Serene Sunday: May 27th 2018 Issue: “White Board Prayers” by Paulette Le Pore Motzko

What is it in your life that you want the most to improve? Is it your spiritual life, is it your romance life or is it your work life? Is it spending more time with your family or friends or developing better friends that armoire like-minded to you who share the same values and beliefs you do who you feel are good people in a very genuine sense?

These are questions you want to ask yourself from time to time, so you can reevaluate the different areas of your life kind of like a pie chart.

As a matter of fact, you can get a simple white Journal that they sell at Walgreens or Walmart which are quite a few actually from really pretty ornate ones, to the very simple bargain-priced ones you can pick up for a dollar. Then with just a comfortable pen that writes really well, some paper and your wildest imagination just make a pie chart, except this time it will be a very special pie chart that forms the recipe for a happier, more fulfilling life.

(I’m happy with myself on that line, but I always pray before I write and can usually see a picture in my head of what I want to say, it’s just a matter of me clearing all distractions so I can hone in on describing it to my readers.)

I started with a food blog and I feel really gratified and I’m able to finally express myself about other things not related to food or a recipe. I am way more than a recipe.

Topics such as and living and finding your true potential were swirling around in my mind, which is why I created TotallyInspiredMind 7 years ago.

Sometimes your hidden potential can be lost in the midst of a sea of Lost Dreams and aspirations that was just set aside.

Don’t let that happen to you! Because the only thing you’ll be is sad 5 years from now.

What you need to do is you need to value yourself and invest in yourself so others want to invest their time with you. I’m so happy and blessed that I created the prayers that I’m saying now because they are more true to my innermost, genuine nature and character- not to someone else’s.

Self introspection is a fancy word for taking the time to get to know yourself better.

After all we get to know other people better don’t we all the time because they matter to us and we want to get to know how to be their best friend or- if it’s a relationship, the best wife or husband or girlfriend or whatever.

But few of us take the time, to invest in ourselves and to get to know ourselves in a more one-on-one personal way.

Everyone needs that TLC time and in order to assess what you need you need to figure that out so that you or to simply Do whatever you want that is most gratifying.

Make sure that you give yourself everything you need everyday and the time that you need to invest to do those things.

Only that way can you give your best self to everyone else. It’s like filling a gas tank up in a car. How can you expect the car to run without the right type of gas in it and without a full tank?

I have a menu board that’s in my kitchen that I bought off Amazon that is vinyl and on every day of the week I have menu ideas on it that I’m creating. I also put ingredient combinations that I think it would be tantalize my taste buds and would one day form a new recipe.

Then one day I looked at my whiteboard in thought about its purpose in a brand new way.

They got the idea to write my own positive affirmations that work custom-fitted to me in my life. I wrote them all over the Whiteboard and every day and also in the note section. Throughout the day and every time I would walk by that why Ford I would say that affirmation and I would think about it and visualize it sincerely coming true with all of my heart soul and every belief that I have in my being. I like that way of praying if that’s called praying I’ve always prayed visualized what I’m praying about throughout my life since I was 4 years old and I knew how to pray what the meaning of it was, thanks to my mother who was a very highly spiritual intelligent lady Way Beyond her years in terms of what she believed in and in her spirituality. She practiced positive thinking way before it ever became a term used in self-help books and taught me those things very early in life.

Get white board and colored dry erase markers and put it in a prominent place where you can see throughout the day.

  1. Get the Whiteboard
  2. Put the Whiteboard at a prominent place so you can see it throughout the day
  3. Create your own positive affirmations that help you with the things you’re working on in your life.
  4. Create a pie chart in a small notebook and break it down into the areas of your life that you want to make sure are balanced.
  5. Create an action plan of the things you need to do everyday so that you can make sure you have balance in all those areas.

I hope these tips that have help me help you out there some of the nearly 3,000 followers on

So many prayers being answered and I am so grateful….

Above image taken by my dear friend Frederick Blanche at Lake Las Vegas Friday night. It was the first time I had ever been to Lake Las Vegas and I really had no idea where he was taking me to, as he wanted to keep it a surprise.

It was the most beautiful, cool evening with the enchanting lights all around and the reflection of the moon on the water. The delicate Breeze that felt like Southern California in Newport Beach and it reminded me of Fashion Island with the towering palm trees lining the massive Marquee wall as you turn the corner and drove into the area.

Every element was there to make an extraordinary moment and a stellar memory to go with it: the place, the time the special spontaneous moment and the company which was the center attraction.

One of the many enchanting restaurants in the Galleria are by Lake Las Vegas. There is a cozy French Bistro I wanted to go to and have coffee and soak up the atmosphere, people, sights. aromas and sounds….but that will be for a return trip sometime.

I’ve been praying to God in my words only and in the way that I want to- nothing scripted, nothing written, only spoken out loud and written on a whiteboard in my kitchen. The more I do that the more I’m seeing all my prayers answered almost immediately.

I just felt better all the way around. In my life health comes first and there are how many elements of the Catholic church that I don’t care for, but it was always the faith that I was raised in. With the Catholic Church you’re always begging God for everything and it’s a very self-deprecating faith or you’re never quite good enough for anything.

Don’t argue with anybody about that is just how I feel.

The great thing is once I realize that, and really look to see how I felt I can just put in my own words, I felt much better and it was liberating because that’s what you’re supposed to do according to the Bible anyway.

I had written that I wanted to find a personal assistant that was good and kind with a good heart who is talented and genuine. I wrote that on my whiteboard in the kitchen, and every day I read each one and pray and visualize each one happening.

I also that I wanted to find a partner that I could go into business with with, and others who had complimentary talents with mine, and I also have done just that.

We are meeting tomorrow and will bring to the table both of our minds, experiences and ideas and skills and abilities, which will be better than one.

PLM Studios who was a great photographer, artistic, with great people skills who had a marketing background.

I met that individual yesterday at a place I never went to in my life but just had a hunch to go there. I think sometimes hunches is God whispering to you and if you’re a spiritual person like myself, as you get older you really tune in on those things like a navigational GPS system guiding a satellite in the solar system.

And lastly I wrote I wanted to meet a wonderful guy who was kind and genuine with a good heart and of course a gentleman and all those prayers were incredibly answered in one day yesterday; it was almost surreal but it happened.

I also met a sweet, handsome intelligent gentleman who is a portraiture artist and who plays guitar. He and I have recently been getting to know each other. He asked me to play a song on my rosewood upright grand yesterday so I chose a piece I wrote called Mystic. It was awesome yo hear his excitement and it was great to simply play my piano again! Can I play the keys of the computer or smartphone or tablet incentive the keys of my piano and I know I should do it more often. Music was my first and only love for majority of my life after all.

He and I were talking about going into a studio in the future and playing some music together. I would draft up the chord chart for him to follow and we could record some of the songs that I wrote many years ago, which would be awesome.

This is something I prayed to do. I have simply spoken my prayers from my heart guided by the innermost depths of my soul while I envision them happening and writing them all with positive affirmations on my white board I see through the day.

Everyday and every minute the world is changing and so are we and we must be receptive to when we are changing and listen to what are instincts and true self says.

I didn’t feel like the Rosary did anything for me anymore, almost like I had moved on to a new Spiritual Realm, which is okay. As human beings the best things that we can do for herself and the best gift we can give ourselves is be true to ourselves. I feel is more true to my character.

I also began reading a phenomenal new book by Alan Cohen, the author of Handle with Prayer, a book which revolutionized my life the same day I started reading it. Things started getting better in my life immediately because of the way I thought about my relationship with God and the Omnipotent Presence or Higher Power is you may want to call it.

The new book that I begin reading on a free download from joining one of Alan Cohen mailing lists that tell all about what he’s doing all over the world is called “The Grace Factor”.

The Grace Factor speaks about how we all born complete and our uniqueness have our own uniqie beauty and we all have a right to be happy and to have blessings bestowed on us. In other words, The Grace Factor talks about instead of begging God for everything it’s you have a right to it and God is there with you helping you do all these things and the world. Treasures are waiting for you if you only ask for them….because you are deserving.

It’s totally different than the way I was raised.

I simply speak from my heart and from my soul, and from the innermost depths of my being -because I can, and that’s what I do best and because I am 100 genuine. Being genuine is all I know how to be.

May 26th 2018. 12:41 p.m.

One of my longtime friends said it was “transparent”, and I really didn’t understand what that meant. But if it means not saying anything that isn’t true or true to your nature and not saying anything unless you believe it, then that’s me.

I know that God listens when you and I are genuine, taking all the barriers down and facades and you truly ask for what you need and the wisdom to guide you in the direction you need.

When you have the utmost good intention in your heart, GOD LISTENS.

From CNN: US lost track of 1,500 immigrant children, but says it’s not ‘legally responsible’

US lost track of 1,500 immigrant children, but says it’s not ‘legally responsible’

In my words: This is just simply wrong to separate a parent from their child, especially when everything is going right. Why mess up what is working and ruin innocent lives?

Whoever the imbeciles called lawmakers are they should we think what they’re doing. Look at the broken of homes the tears and all of the things that are happening as result of their stupid decisions.

Every politician and every legislator should look for the greater good of everyone with the big picture in mind.

They should throw laws like this in the toilet if that’s this is an example of new laws and new legislation being done.

As far as I’m concerned, because all it’s doing is breaking up homes and traumatizing poor kids that shouldn’t be and breaking parent’s hearts.

I say if they want to make some kind of a new law then make apply now in May 2018 forward. But it’s outrageous to go back in time and break up families just because you think you have power.

Having power but no heart makes you not much of a human being in my book. Don’t wreck families who were together for years.

I don’t know what this kind of legislation is called that they should call it the Home Breakers Law.

How can you add some “sparkle” to your day?

When was the last time you noticed everyone smiling in a room because of special things you said to the people who were in it?

A smile is a gift from God and more of them should be exchanged between strangers as we journey through life.

After all, a person is a “stranger” until you say “hello”.

What ways can you add some sparkle to your own day, making it more enjoyable?

What way can you add Sparkle to someone else’s day.

Simply being genuine and caring or noticing something subtle can make all the difference in the world.

Don’t ever be so wrapped up with yourself and the things you’re dealing with to not notice the people around you! The word for that is oblivious, and people who are totally self absorbed never truly experience the sights, sounds of living and special interactions with the people who they come in contact with.

Be 100% there and devote your total attention to whatever you do and whoever you’re with.

You’ll see the difference and your friends and family will appreciate that difference.

Ramona’s Alzheimer’s Disease Daily: May 21st 2018 Edition

There are 89 contributors in today’s issue of Ramona’s Alzheimer’s disease Daily.

Mom at 85 and me on our last trip to the beach in Huntington Beach, CA.

In that photo of her she was saying “I love you so much!”

The best of who I am I owe to my sweet mother and it’s that special bond we had that fuels the fire deep within me to help others who are going through living with someone with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia and to raise money to find the cure.

When I created Ramona’s Alzheimer’s Disease Daily when I was taking care of my mom in Southern California, I was so happy because I knew I couldn’t stop the progression of the disease and one day Mom would be a stellar memory.

I would only be able to look at photos of her on a wall which I do everyday now.

More and more people are acquiring dementia or Alzheimer’s disease every day, and nothing would make me happier, as a double caregiver, to know I did something extraordinary to help with information, advocacy and to raise money for medical research that funds the medicines that helps others lead better lives and tells others how to prevent it. Finding the cure for Alzheimer’s disease is a mission Worth Fighting For.

Serene Sunday: Sunday, May 20th, 2018

I hope you all have enjoyed the mini inspiring videos that I put up over the course of last night and today. I sure did! And many of these you can play them back every day so that it can help you remember why you’re on this Earth, what you’re fighting for and hope you get your priorities straight and centered.

And, if you’re not Christian, then find something that you can do to tune in on your spiritual side, no matter what it is, for you.

Once you find out what helps you and what helps you stay centered, then do it every day and make sure it incorporates your spiritual life into your business life and family life.

Watching Kerry Shook on TBN on cable and will write more afterwards.

I have never heard of Kerry Shook or knew of him before the TBN special.

Deshaun Watson was his guest, a very inspirational sports star because of his philosophy on living.

He is Christian and prays every day and looks for guidance in everything he does.

He’s also a mentor for kids and a positive role model.

I don’t follow sports, or football, but I do know Deshaun has a winning attitude and has done really well in his life with his sweet Mother as his Guide.

I hope all of your day way royally blessed. Mine was.

My morning began with my extreme case of sinus trouble that has been going on for 2 weeks now really getting the better of me and requiring me to go to urgent care so I could get my throat looked at, because it felt really sore and scratchy.

I have an acute sinus infection and am not contageous in any way.

I specifically asked the doctor that, and he said “no you don’t worry about giving anybody anything.”

I was relieved to know I didn’t have the flu or something, as there are lots of new cases of influenza on the news around here in Las Vegas.

A virus is not the kind of gift I like giving.

So, the doctor gave me a prescription that I will take for 10 days. I felt better after the 1st pill, in my throat didn’t feel quite so irritated.

So you see, there’s always something to be thankful for!

What are you thankful for today?

Share something you’ve thanked God for in the comment box.

I hope one of you actually does.

Until next Serene Sunday, stay blessed, be strong and help someone just because you can.

Mom’s wise words fueled me from the time I was a small child. We much work to find the CURE for Alzheimer’s disease.

Mom never knew I created this newsletter but I knew I could educate caregivers and all those who know and love someone with dementia or memory difficulties or Alzheimer’s disease.

I contacted The Alzheimer’s Association of the Southwest Desert yesterday and will be talking to their corporate people today to arrange a meeting very soon and talk about how I can help them raise money to find the cure.

Say prayers about this. I hope to monotize-this with them, each becoming stronger as a whole, like links in a chain.

In the land of multitasking in 2018 so many people are trying to do too many thing things at once and they don’t do anything well.

Then to make matters worse, they are frazzled all day good lots of undone projects and nothing done well.

They wonder why throughout the day they feel discombobulated and frazzled and confused?

Dream your biggest, most vivid dream and shoot baskets over the moon. Even if you miss the hoop, you’ll still be doing darn good!

The moment you write your most passionate goals down and tell everyone who is dear to you, or as I call them Your Dream Team, and then, if you are a spiritual person as I am, ask them to pray for you and visualize you accomplishing what you seek. I highly recommend it to anybody, whether you’re in sales or not. There’s so much knowledge and wisdom to be gleaned here and just life in general. If you are an independent contractor, work for yourself, have a business and the wisdom and points mentioned in the book are helpful to anyone looking for more than “the next sale.”

Much of the philosophy in the book contradict everything that people were taught in sales, which is a good thing, because I never liked being pressured by anybody anyway. After you finish the book you’ll be listening more than talking and really getting to know the person, even if you never did business with the person. Developing understanding and trust both ways is an integral part of life. You’ll become a better listener and communicator as a result of this book.

inkWELL Press | 2018 Goal Setting Weekly Planner and Daily Agendas

This productivity system looks fantastic for writers, creators and entrepreneurs.

I know a lot of my friends that would like one of these books like Evan Carmichael who has his believe Life Channel on YouTube, my teacher friend Jennie Fitzkee, and a whole bunch of new followers on my most popular blog

The book costs $44 just like my lucky number, and I make no money for anything I endorse, not that I wouldn’t mind.

This comes with training videos and hooks you up with other Goal Setters and Entrepreneurs too.

I definitely will own one of these.

I am a conceptual person who sees ideas in a graph like way and with pictures, and that’s what this book does, which is why I really love it.

It will really help me with the projects that I’m beginning right now. I am just starting monetizing my philanthropic newsletters to eventually take the proceeds and put them towards finding the cure for the very disorders and diseases that the newsletters were written about.

I want to work with a huge, well recognized non-profit that works with each specialty and then give the donors recognition by putting html banners on the newsletters:

  1. Your Epilepsy News Resource
  2. Ramona’s Alzheimer’s Disease Daily
  3. The Quest for the Cancer Cure

I have big picture ideas and big picture goals so it deserves a big picture appointment book.

I know many who read are like minded too.

This one is far more than simply appointments and lists but goals, and it has tracking graphs which will allow you to look at all the progress you make, which is awesome.

I hope a few of you enjoyed this.

There are 136 contributors in today’s issue of Your Epilepsy News Resource.

Your Epilepsy News Source was created by Paulette Le Pore Motzko. Because she knew that epilepsy was in the Dark Ages and needed something informational and innovative and unique that would be available to everyone who had the invisible, misunderstood disorder. If you are interested in monetizing this newsletter with her, contact her at TotallyInspiredPC at

Paulette Motzko is not only the creator of the history making newsletter that regenerates itself daily, but she was diagnosed with complex partial epilepsy at the pivotal age of 9 years young, the same age did she learn to play the piano and cook, one of her greatest passions.

She was nearly killed in the near fatal car accident over 25 years ago and will never forget the amount of people who were applauding when she opened the car door and finally walked out of the car, thanking God that she was alive.

“It wasn’t my time to go. I have many more Good Deeds to do and the Lord knew it.”

Upon looking at her you’d never know anything was the matter, which is the way she likes it. But because she wants to prove anyone with disabilities can do anything they put their mind to, just as her mom used to say.

She is the former director of the Orange County Sub affiliate of the Epilepsy Foundation and CEO and Founder of The Epilepsy Connection, back in 1997.

She has spoken out about her condition and hopes that she would give others hope and then she would make others realize their inherent potential.

Today is Mother’s Day 2018 and I spent the day writing, going through things that my mom had given me through the years, putting up posts about mothers and how important their role is in the world is.

Without mothers civilization wouldn’t exist and each one of us greeting this sentence wouldn’t be here either without our mother to thank for a very existence!

I took myself to the Fiesta Rancho buffet and saw my friend Chef Romeo who made my stir fry with chicken and shrimp. It was awesome seeing many friends there.

My one plate stir fry masterpiece. For dessert I had fresh fruit, the sweetest, juicy cantaloupe, honeydew and seedless white grapes. I didn’t take a picture of them because I didn’t think they’d be that good! Perfect healthy ending for my dinner out.

I enjoyed seeing all the ladies with pink carnations in their hands at The Fiesta Rancho Casino today.

I had fun telling all the mothers “Happy Mother’s Day”, and seeing their faces beam with a big smile when I walked up to them.

I must be doing something right when people go from a plain expression to a huge smile when they see me coming in a distance. So much the traits that my mother possessed I have and I’m so grateful everyday that I had a phenomenal mother who taught me values and scruples and was artistic. She played piano and played guitar and sung and cooked, and painted and was able to make just about anything. Mom passed her creativity on to me, and even better she passed her attitude and values on to me too.

Her wisdom, goodness and kindness were and are priceless to me, as are the many technicolor memories of the things we did together will play on forever.
