I read every review on this book and everyone that read it not only read it once but read it twice and said that it has given them insight into why they do what they do and allowed them to live a more peaceful life, streamlining what they owned and removing all the unwanted clutter from their world.
I’m happy to know that I’m not defined as a hoarder because a hoarder is a person who can’t make decisions about what they own, and I certainly can.
I’ve gotten rid of so many things that broke in my move coming from Southern California to Las Vegas and I replaced it with new that I liked better, in some cases.
I was happy that the things that mattered to me made it unbroken and in one piece.
When I was married I kept adding to my collections and now I just want to enjoy what I have.
In regards to my books, there are books that I will always keep, but there are others I pass on to other people or trade in several for one I love. Amazon has ways that you can sell books back to them; they do it by looking at the ISBN number too.
Just as people change with time so do the things we value in our lives, hence what we surround ourselves with.
- Always people first.
- Things secondly
- Most of all, I strive for simplicity and serenity and inner peace which gives happiness naturally.
- Enjoying the present moment to its full capacity.
- Making your present so phenomenal that you have Stellar Memories to look back on one day.
