No no matter what your physical shape or limitations are you probably can do this work out which only takes 5 minutes.
If all you can do some of it do a little bit of it, and you’ll get A for effort and it’s better than nothing.
Just remember what my Nanny used to say “Use it or lose it!”
That applies to your mind as well as your body.
