Savor the Flavors of Life and Living

That includes the sights, sounds, scents and tastes, the people, and your atmosphere of where you are.

To savor all that, you have to unplug your earphones and tune into life instead. Always remember the people came before computers and cell phones and people should always come first in the totem pole  in your priorities in your life.

Integrity, Compassion, and Proactivity are my three words which signify things that are key stars in my life.

It would be awesome to hear from some of the many followers and readers on totally inspired mind. Maybe your reader that just joined over the last 30 days, and I thoroughly appreciate your presence here everyday. What are three things which matter to you? How about I ask you in that way?

As 2017 exits out of our existence by midnight tonight and 2018 comes in with a crescendo, by you telling me what three words matter to you, it tells me a lot about you and what you value, and more about what you place importance on.

I hope to hear from more of you today and I hope that if you decide to go out to a party or something that you are safe.

Here’s to the fools who dream crazy as they may seem….

Here’s to the dreamers to the poets, to the artists, and to the bloggers like you and I -reading this.

Here’s to the special people that do things no one has ever done before  knowing full well when you have to tread new territory.

So I started photographing with my high definition camera. This is one of the best. I am all for supporting educating others and exposing the world to culture as PBS does.

One of my favorite photos my friend Leonardo Valencia took of me in my tiny, barely-turn-around-studio-apt. I am happy I don’t live in any more!

You have to chart new path no one has ever walked.

Keep creating!

Keep inspiring!

Watch 5 Minute Low Impact Cardio Workout for on YouTube

No no matter what your physical shape or limitations are you probably can do this work out which only takes 5 minutes.

If all you can do some of it do a little bit of it, and you’ll get A for effort and it’s better than nothing.

Just remember what my Nanny used to say “Use it or lose it!”

That applies to your mind as well as your body.

December 30th 2017

I had a very blessed Christmas yesterday.

I went to the evening maas at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, the oldest Catholic Church in Las Vegas.

It was wonderful to see the smiles of the sweet little children and song all the beautiful Christmas songs with everyone.

I then went to The Grotto, at The Golden Nugget across the street and enjoyed seeing my friends who work there, and remembered me.

I made a new friend wit a retired gentleman from Hawaii and even though both of us were sitting at different tables,  we found enough in common that the two tables became my table and we thanked God for small and big blessings and meeting one another too.

Prayer for Peace from the St. Jude Shrine

As I was going through drawers and things organizing I found this old prayer from the St. Jude Shrine in Baltimore, Maryland.

I loved it so much that I wanted to share it with the world because it goes way beyond anything involved with Catholicism and rather just a general Wish For All Mankind.

Lord God, you created the universe and call us to live in peace with all.

Bring peace to the world, this nation, my neighborhood, my family and within me.

May The Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ, show me the way. Amen.

Someday at Christmas by Stevie Wonder.  His wish is my wish too.

You have to listen to the words of this fabulous Christmas Song by the great Stevie Wonder.

I have been creating a Christmas Playlist 2017 for the last hour, after learning how to refresh the songs it suggests for me and directly adding them to my existing Playlist.

I will share my Entire Christma’s Playlist after I post this.

Be blessed no matter what faith you are. We are part of the human race and life.

Below is a photo of me, Paulette Motzko at Weera Thai from last night, December 19th, 2017. I discovered this awesome Thai Restaurant when I went to go get my new glasses and Eyeglass World yesterday afternoon. I also  discovered a great new place to get my hair done too and I made some new friends while I was at it. Mary my hairstylist, was also from California was one new friend and a wonderful, sweet handsome engineer was the second and one of my highlights of my year!

I was blessed all the way around and saved $200 on my two pair of progressive bifocals by not going to Sears Optical.

I hope you make the remaining days in 2017 memorable and very special.

Productive Playlist Especially for You-And My Wish for You with Love from Paulette Motzko

If you’re working today in an office and they allow music, let this inspire you and make your work day go easier.

If you work at home,  let this help you cruise through your day and be more creative and feel more inspired and more blessed.

If you don’t work today and you’re off, then enjoy the Advent season, the few days left before Christmas Eve as we wait for the triumphant birth of Jesus Christ on Christmas Day. Enjoy your day, every hour, every minute, for the sheer fact you are part of this big, blue, living and breathing microcosm called earth.

May your greatest gifts that you receive this year and the next year be gifts with no bows that are within your soul. Those gifts don’t  come out of stores.

The gift giver is God and you’re the lucky recipient if you only listen and pray.

I hope you feel and know the true worth of the people that you’re around and how important they are.

Take every opportunity to really listen to those around you and try and add something to their day that they would never expect in a million years.

Happiness is like a positive boomerang because when you give it comes back to you.

Multiple deaths reported in Amtrak train derailment over Washington state highway

Multiple deaths reported in Amtrak train derailment over Washington state highway.

I hate it when headline news comes on my smartphone and surprises me with terrible news like this!

I’m so saddened to hear that so many people were killed by this terrible train derailment in Washington State.

My condolences to all the families involved here; it’s a terrible, tragic thing to happen let alone at this time of year. May all involved get the care and moral support they need.

God bless everyone affected by this in any way.

Watch “AMY GRANT – AGNUS DEI” on YouTube

I used to sing this in Latin when I was one of the Sopranos in the choir at Blessed Sacrament Church in Westminster, California.

It took tons of practice as we needed to be able to sing the songs in Latin with the right vocal annunciation, but when it was done it sounded like God literally touched our voices and ourselves from within.

It was so wonderful to see the looks on people’s faces as we touched them and their soul.

Occasionally they would allow a standing ovation in the church, which was really wonderful and made all of it so worth it. At that time I was going to church with my parents who are now in heaven but extraordinary awesome memories it made.

Watch “I Need a Silent Night Amy Grant Lyrics” on YouTube (Sing Along With The Video)

After having terrible allergies throughout the day because of the wind storm we had last night, I didn’t feel very good. But I knew I would if I sang along with these words. ….and you know what?
I did feel better and I bet you will too if you sing along there where you are.

God bless you and everyone you know.

The Appalachian Trail

One of my new blogger/ follower friends Jack Fussell’s page had a story about the Appalachian Trail and I have no idea it was so beautiful , so protected  and was that long!

The pictures I saw that we’re absolutely breathtaking. I never been to any place like that in my life and would love to see that one day and walk at least a little of it with a friend.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to everyone all over the world from Paulette Le Pore Motzko

May your spirits be bright with love in your heart May realize that the best presents of all are the ones that are not bought in the store but feeling of love and warmth from those you care about and who care about you around you

May the kindness be shown this year and next year. Acknowledge passers-by, and especially those who are less fortunate as you.

And I hope this year we see a trend of kindness not just the United States but all over the world.

I hope kindness and compassion becomes a chain reaction where people are kind simply because it’s right.

I Need a Silent Night

One of the prettiest Christmas songs I’ve ever heard came on satellite radio on my Smart TV just now and it played all the way through. After hearing it I found it on Spotify and wanted to share it all with you.

Really really listen to the words in this one.

I wish you all a very blessed and peaceful night and a holy night and to “hear an angel voice through the chaos and the noise.”

You can’t buy peace but I pray each night for a more harmonious and peaceful world.

Savor all the flavors of life and living.

Allow yourself to simply not dual task once in awhile and let yourself get caught up in the moment, and just savoring the sights and sounds and sense of what’s around you. You’ll be glad you did a week from now for 2 weeks from now when you remember it vividly.

If you’re doing too many things at once you can’t ever really focus on any of them and he can’t do them well.

What did you do that was special today? Can you share with all of us on Totally Inspired Mind?

To all my Jewish friends in the United States and all over the world I wish you peace. Shalom.

I took what I thought was the “best of the best” from Pinterest images from a variety of sources and came up with this inspiring pictorial to air for the first day of Hanukkah.

I hope you all enjoy it.

We are all more alike then we even know, no matter what I believe system is we are human beings deserving of respect and dignity.

From CNN: Trump rule could force workers to share their tips

Trump rule could force workers to share their tips.

As always, news regarding Trump is never good. This is wrong.  What in the world would Trump care about making waiters and waitresses share tips that they and only they  earned? Waiters and waitresses work harder in one day than Trump has in his entire Presidency.

It is just more hate that Trump this sending out to the world.

I’m not a waiter or waitress but I used to be a long time ago.

I have a lot of friends who are in the hospitality industry here in Las Vegas and even the thought of doing something outrageous and petty like this would have thousands of people here outraged.

I know lot of people who wouldn’t care for that- and that’s an understatement.

That single one action might be enough to make everyone hate him to the point where they would impeach him.

Why would a person do something like that anyway? There’s no logical reason for it.

Trump just wants to backstab people who actually work for living instead of sitting texting on Twitter all day.

Its more examples from Trump showing he wants to take away from the poor give to the rich.
