Here’s looking at you kid

On the last day of November 2017, what are you doing to make this month a pivotal an extraordinary month in your life?

A lot of people just turn the calendars over because they know tomorrow’s December 1st starting a whole new counting down of Christmas and, mistletoe and all that jazz.

Remember that the month is not over yet-the keyword.

Today could be the best day of your life. It’s largely and part of what you believe, what your actions are and how much you believe that what you do will help others

Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates never created their companies to get rich, but had more noble intentions.  They are a great example of Triple Winners.

I took that photo with my high definition camera of my high definition Samsung Smart TV and it was towards the end of Casablanca but I still took it anyway. I destroyed a whole bunch of pictures that were out of focus and kept the ones that were the best and watermarked them.

ITS UP TO US to Be The Change.  We need a great ROLE MODEL FOR OUR CHILDREN-Impeach Trump!

As the words in the beautiful Josh Grobin’s song says “every day we hope for what we still can see”.

“It’s up to us to be the change.”

“Even with our differences, there’s a place we’re all connected”.

My words to that are connectivity is the answer and finding a common denominator and realizing that we’re all human beings, and it simply it doesn’t matter about religion or race or anything.

  • We all had parents.
  • We all have loved.
  •  We all have not been loved.
  • We have all been disappointed..
  • We all have had about every single thing happened to us and are more alike than we even know.

The current president Trump has promulgated so much hatred and has and does encourage it daily. His job I think he thinks in his delusional mind is to foster hatred.

I want to remove him from presidency because he’s ruining the World As We Know It. Is affecting the entire world not just United States but every leader from every other country in the world cannot stand him because of the things he’s going against . Things that help everyone from medical insurance affect people like me, too  clean air, two things that affect pollution things that affect solar energy  Every triple winning important big picture idea that would involve someone who is intelligent to support it he’s going against it. The reason for that is because Trump is not intelligent! He‘s not a big picture thinkerTrump can only see to the end of his hand so he can grab his cell phone so he can put up another tweet.

News makes it worse by just advertising them all over the place  that’s not a president.

I contacted Anderson Cooper on Twitter last night asking him to contact me, even though he is a big important guy, and asked Mr. COOPER what we need to do to begin the impeachment process.

I hope he takes me seriously and thinks I warrant an answer.

  •  I don’t know anybody that thinks what he’s doing is good.
  • Every wise  American citizen with who isn’t a bigot doesn’t  endorse his viewpoints.
  • I don’t endorse his racist viewpoints.
  • I don’t endorse him sending rotten pictures all over the world on Twitter and having no brains in his head other than to sit around on Twitter all day and play with it. Is that what we pay a president to do?
  • Trump is a triple loser.
  • I’ve watched an informative documentary on Netflix about him and his life and he truly believes that white as a supreme race.
  • He wants owns an apartment complex and he turn people down who are black and was sued over that many years ago.
  •  He’s about as close to the KKK in terms of mindset and philosophy  as you can possibly get without branding him a member.
  • If Trump could he would probably get put everybody in the gas chamber that’s not white or Caucasian. Some may say that’s an exaggeration but not much I don’t think.
  • Name one American ideal that Trump supports. Can you name one?
  • One of you anything name one good thing he’s done since he’s been sitting in office and then one thing he’s noted for other than sending Tweets all over their brainless.
  • Trump is a loose cannon with no brains governing it and if we don’t stop them from doing what he’s doing which we’ve had more massive shootings all around churches all around the world since he’s been president than ever in history.

Think about it how many have there been how many were there when any other president.

You never really heard about mass shootings prior to the trumpster in his blue power suit with his red tie.

  • Where does he get all these people anyway.
  • You notice how Trump never speaks for himself?
  • Because he doesn’t have the brains to do it so he hires his thugs to give lame excuses no words can excuse or cover for. Trump always has people do everything for him and he can’t speak for himself -that’s called a joke and undermines the God given rights of American people in general.
  • I want a president that works for the $200,000 a year they give him to stay and tweet mindless crap to the freeworld.
  • So far I haven’t seen anything that he’s done this actual work. Aside from acting like the reverse of Robin Hood, taking from the poorest of the poor to give to the richest of the richtaking away people‘s medical benefits who we’re going to chemotherapy and dialysis and other kinds of treatments keeping them alive. Trump did that. That’s nothing that I would want to go down in history with. Trump just doesn‘t care he wasn‘t born with a conscience.
  •  Those aren’t good things. Those are horrid things actually. Those are crimes in themselves
  • Someone take his phone away from him and confiscate the damn thing. Let him not tweet for a week and see what he does. Trump will carried away to the mental institution he belongs in. Then the seat for President will be open who can fill the job dedcription.
  • Trump has not done what a president is supposed to do who works and serves the needs of all Americans-black, white, blue, green-red white and blue. America is made great by its people from all over the world.

Until president Trump is impeached will be hearing about mass shootings all over the place and he’s going to be doing more of just what you seen which is finding every rotten picture he can find all over the Internet and then sending it all over the place. He’ll also be playing tapes or saying more things about women that are disgusting.

Look at this scenario:

Then all the little girls in the world can say “oh my goodness Mommy,  how come that guy with the weird hair in the goofy suit keeps saying horrible things about women?”  Then what’s the mommy going to say “oh he’s our president.”

Then the little girl says “what’s a president?” And the mother says, “he’s the leader of the United States of America.” And the little girl replie’s with a confused look on her face  “why is our leader talking in that way and why would he say such horrible things about people of all races and women?”  Then the mother replies with a  disgusted look on her face , as those she’s ashamed to even say it . “Because he’s an idiot!”

“Why would we have a leader like that; he’s a bad man.” I heard I don’t know how many kids say those very words on a wonderful Michelle Obama interview where she went to several classrooms and just ask the kids in the United States of America what they thought about him.

We can change things as American citizens we have rights, at least we do today on A the last day of November 2017, before President Trump tries to change the Constitution of the United States of America and the Declaration of Independence. What’s stopping him anyway?

I want to see children grow up in a country that I’m proud of and I want to be proud of what the president is doing and I’m not proud of what he’s doing, to say the least.

If you can’t play what the President says in front of a nine-year-old kid then the president shouldn’t be saying it at all. Michelle Obama and one of her interviews I think it’s on CNN or 60 minutes she had said that.

Michelle Obama is a really brilliant lady and did a lot of good more good than I’d ever seen any first lady do in history while she was the first lady. She got children growing your own vegetables so they can appreciate what they were eating and also to eat healthier and she helped revamp the school lunch programs as we know it making them more healthy for kids.

I’m just a disabled-able minded lady with two college degrees on my wall hanging in back of me.  I try to stand up for what matters, even I am the only one standing.  I live in a dust bowl of a Town in Las Vegas Nevada where people really don’t care about disabled people who have epilepsy like me and they don’t really care about a lot of things that matter.

It seems where where ever I go I have to be the one that educates others about disablities and that 74% of all disabilities are hidden disabilities and epilepsy and arthritis are both hidden disabilities and I have both.  I’ll be suing RTC because they said that epilepsy wasn’t a disability and so did Senator Reed here pretty stupid huh?

What rock did they bury their heads under anyway?

I have the carbon copy transcripts via email to prove that he said and did just that.

I had to drop seizure and 114 degree heat after being turned down from RTC by Dan Howland who is the director here in Las Vegas who said he didn’t care about people who had it.

That’s obvious. The fact I have arthritis in the ankle I broke resultant from that stupid decision it’s going to teach him that I really will do what I say which is sue him for Max and court and RTC for I don’t know how much. After suing them I hope to make history for all disabled people with epilepsy to ride the paratransit system whenever they feel like it, just as I did in California for years.

Just because just because you move to another state does it mean you give up your rights. I had some imbecile at the Las Vegas DMV tell me that I couldn’t have my name printed Paulette Le Pore Motzko and couldn’t change on my DMV driver ID! After talking to two directors and saying “what the hell is this?” My name is on my many websites and online magazines. It represents me, who I am and what I have done and is on my two college degrees. That name was legalized in 1986 when I married the rocket scientist in California and that is my name. It’s a civil rights thing. I’m not changing it for anyone or anything. I am proud of what I have done with that name.

My graphic arts, Web content and marketing company PLM Studios comes from the acronym of my name.

Sure enough, after sure enough, after demanding to talk to the highest acting director at the DMV of Las Vegas Nevada, they said, “who said that?” And they were wrong! Of course they’re wrong. This is the entertainment capital of the World- Las Vegas. There’s people going around town named “Fairy Princess” for God sake!

I tell you that story because  every action has a chain reaction in life and you went to hope that the actions that you make everyday are good ones. If they’re great actions you’ll be changing the lives of people you’ll never meet for years to come.

One person can make a difference and pave a better, more fair road. By me speaking up and representing all the voiceless people who either dont know how to stand up for themselves or are so ill it is beyond their capabilities.

When I write this I am illustrating that by peaking out about things that truly matter to a whole vast huge world we can change things for the better.

As for the president, we need someone in office who runs the country who is intelligent- that should be a prerequisite.

  • Trump is not intelligent on many different levels. He’s proved he doesn’t understand history.
  • Trump doesn’t understand a lot of things about the world.

Over the course of a week I’ve been tuning into CNN and Anderson Cooper 360 and I’ve heard about every major journalist also voice the same opinion that they feel that Trump is not fit for president of the United States.

  •  I want to live in the United States that was made great by the diversity of its people and I want every child to be able to look up to the president of the United States.
  • I don’t think anybody can say that a kid does.  Yes just like the song says “there’s so much to be thankful for. We can be thankful for God giving us minds to use and intelligence and our faculties and the fact that we as American citizens have a choice and we can change who sits in that President seat by doing active things that are on public podiums that get the word out and make all those big people who are journalists start an impeachment for God sake and our sake and national security sake. We need to save the world, preserving peace. Thid is is no joke.

We need to have a president that encourages diplomacy and knows how to  and mediate in an effective way with other leaders. Trump does not know how to do this!

Trump is making the United States look like we are imbeciles, and I think that even Putin knows that that Trump‘s  ideals do not represent theUnited States of America but so help me God when you have someone sitting in that seat they better know what they’re doing and he doesn’t Trump fails on every count.

I saw the beautiful sunrise over the Southwest desert mountains this morning and my Spotify playlist played “What a Wonderful World” first thing came to mind after seeing all the things I have in the news this last week was What a Wonderful World it would be if we just remove Trump from “office”  but I really don’t think he needs much of an office you just need a bunch of batteries for that cell phone at his so he can send more tweets.  It doesn’t require much space does it?

TRUMP can tweet all the garbage he wants to  as a civilian anytime, just not as president of the United States.

His actions makes me look bad as an American, plus it makes al of us collectively look really bad, and our country look bad.

  • I live in that country and I am a proud intelligent disabled American citizen!

Let him realize he can’t buy and sell and pay everybody to get everywhere he goes in life like he’s always done.

TRUMP IS like a BIG WALKING BRAT that NEVER GREW UP.

I remember people stupid kids in school when I was a kid that bullied me around because I was different passing out all over the place. Thi’s is the late 60’s. They didn’t have programs then to prevent kids from getting bullied.

That behavior goes hand-in-hand with what Trump does. I’m not a psycho analyst I did get A++ in Psychology in college though.

I don’t have a PhD in sociology but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist like my ex-husband to realize when someone is a loser and American people should encourage everything and do everything they can if they want to see America stand for freedom and everything that all of the American veterans lost their limbs for and died for preserved.

I was the master piano teacher for 25 years when I was married to the rocket scientist for 15 and I love children I never had children I couldn’t have children for medical reasons but children are our future and I don’t want them raised hearing the president of the United States say the things he’s saying it’s he’s a bad role model there we go I finally said it.

I would love to see Michelle Obama running for president because not only is she a good role model for women to show that intelligent women can do anything they want to do but she.

  • Anyone else would be an improvement over Trump.
  • If you are an American and value your freedom and independence and want to grow up in a country where you can be proud of the words spoken and the actions taken by our president, encourage Trump’s impeachment with all your local senators.
  • Share this post on your blogs and I hope it goes viral.
  • I don‘t like politics but I value freedom and what I do long for a president once again that I respect because he or she respects all pepole equally. Say that last sentence 5 times. By the fifth time you say it, you’ll be looking up how to impeach president Trump too.

Right now Josh Groban and Charlotte Church is singing The Prayer, which I’m saying for our -United States of America  and for every one of you out my dedicated readers there the 77 countries who tune in every month to hear see and experience the things that I air on TotallyInspiredMind.com.

Heaven is under our feet as well as over our heads. -Henry David Thoreau

Henry David  Thoreau is one of my favorite writers whose extraordinarily insightful words lives on today to inspire and open young minds to mindfulness and purposely living with no electricity in a far away from civilization cabin as he did in Walden.

I have an illustrated version in my bedroom and sometimes I open at night before I go to sleep and his words make me see clearly how some of the best things in life can only be discovered or appreciated until everything extraneous is taken away.

Free Mustard Seeds with Father Patrick from the Podcast  (15 minutes 14 seconds of Refreshing Joy)

As I was praying looking at my altar in my humble abode looking at Max Lucado’s book called “Outlive Your Life” that I put on there that shows on its cover a small child in a superman suit by the beach on the cover raising his hand in victory. When I bought that book it it just come out and I was in Huntington Beach at the Bella Terra Mall and I will never forget to this day how I looked at those words and I said that’s exactly what I want to do. How brilliant. 4 simple words can say it all sometimes, if they’re the right words.

On my altar that also keeps me centered is “Be The Change” by Deb and Ed Shipiro with Robert Thurman and the Dalai Lama.

I want to change things for disabled people and people with epilepsy,  cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.

I am working on philanthropic efforts this year to help find a cure for all of those ailments.

I found this on Spotify when it suggested it to me because I shared one of my favorite songs “The Prayer” by Josh Groban and Charlotte Church too many of my friends on Facebook, which I’ve never done. To my amazement I heard from everybody instantaneously almost like everybody woke up and it was super or a slumber. It was so wonderful to hear the various, very real and all totally unique responses being genuinely touched that I sincerely cared. I don’t send people the same thing usually but when I sent the song through Spotify, once realizing how to do it-I knew most people didn’t get things like that.

Every action has a chain reaction, and I had hoped my small buy very genuine action would enliven friendships that needed watering like a flower…and it did.

I am now getting together in a real way to my friend Molana-who was originally from southern California like me. We shared phone numbers, and connected in a real way. I don’t collect friends but I am a genuine friend like family.

“The light of love starts a fire within us.”, Father Patrick says.

As I listen to Father Patrick he says ask and though shall receive. Knock and the door will open.

A parable is a brief story based on a religious truth.

I hope you enjoy Father Patrick’s inspiring words and also mine. I feel like people like myself,  and peoplease like my friend Evan Carmichael with his “Believe Life” Channel on YouTube are a like a Positivity Coalition that helps people maximize your true abilities and become the best of who they possibly can be.

We all win by working with one another, and hopefully people are uplifted and made new by our words dusting off the dust of everyday life and watering with the refreshing words that keep you grounded, whole and balanced.

To all of my nearly 3000 followers on Totally Inspired Mind I wish you everything great life has to offer always.

Wisdom is God Moving In Us.

And on that note this inspired me to get ready and go to church!

A FABULOUS AND BLESSED SUNDAY TO YOU! Listen to the Morning Coffee Lounge With Me on Spotify.

As the sun rises in the desert of Las Vegas, NV and peach and coral streaks light up the faintly blue sky, I say cheers to you over a cup of coffee (in my case Starbucks Morning Joe coffee) but if you today you preferred tea or whatever you like in your cup to greet you I say “cheers to great positive minded people like us! Be blessed in everything you do.”

I found this very precious card mom gave me years ago in some things I was going through. Mom was always giving me something special for no reason like this. Last night I thought of photographing it and sharing it with all of you…so I did.

From CNN: Egypt hunts for the killers in deadly mosque attack

Stories like this make me so sad because I have many Egyptian friends and I just wish the people would realize we don’t have to believe the same thing! That’s what makes the world extraordinary is people are allowed to believe whatever they want as long as you’re not hurting anybody, these people definitely weren’t hurting anybody. My condolences to all the families who are affected by this.

Thanksgiving Every Day: Thankfulness is a Mindsetest and Way of Life

Me choosing scrumptious subtlety sweet Italian Lemon Cream Cake at Fellini’s Italian Restaurant at the Stratosphere by candlelight late at night

which is something I typically don’t do as I go to bed pretty early and get up pretty early, but something told me to just go out and enjoy my Thanksgiving the day before all the crowds blocked the freeway getting down to the strip today on Thanksgiving. So, since I took a nap and got extra sleep I was able to go out down to Roxy’s Diner where I have lots of friends who work there, and it’s always a wonderful time there and I had an open faced turkey sandwich, which was almost a Thanksgiving dinner! It was so big that I’m going to be in the leftovers today.

The photo that miraculously had enough power, even on power saver to make possible.

I didn’t take my usual three batteries for my Note 4, and didn’t really want to sit at Starbucks doing work like I usually do, OR carry a bunch of “junk” with me that weighs a ton, like I usually do. We all need balance in life and we need to  maximize every area of our life  be it personal , work, spiritual  and physical exercise too.
It’s good to do something out of the ordinary and be spontaneous once in awhile and communicate with people, not take an earpiece purposely, even if you like to listen to music on a playlist through the day or whatever, but just connect with life and the living.

I know I made everyone else’s Thanksgiving extraordinary that I went out of my way to communicate with in a totally genuine way, and every time I did that Joy  came back at me like I have a boomerang.

They hire people who are really wonderful and kind and go out of their way at The Stratosphere anyway. It was fun to go up to police officers, security guards, people who were traveling from other states, people who sat alone, and people who are doing heavy manual labor jobs and purposely wish them a very blessed Thanksgiving.

People who do that kind of work NEED KINDNESSS most of all because they do their job with smiles on their faces but quite often get lost in the shuffle of life.

It’s nice when one person looks their name tag and thinks enough of them to call them my name and let them know that they’re important. Things like that can make a difference in somebody’s life.

May you all have a most blessed Thanksgiving and carry the spirit of Thanksgiving with you every day throughout the year.

The Easiest Way to Season Cast Iron

  1. Simply brush melted shortening in a non-stick pan with a silicone basting brush on your cast iron.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or more, and then let cool.
  3.  If you have multiple pans like I did, then you can put them on a big baking sheet to make them easier to remove.
  4. Don’t touch them because they will be very hot.
  5. Cast-iron is one of the oldest cooking mediums around.
  6. Simply wear good insulated cooking gloves when you mess with this.
  7.  (I only buy shortening to season my cast iron with I never eat it because it’s terrible for your health!)
  8. Wait until the pans or whatever you’re seasoning cools completely and then rinse with the hottest water that comes out of your faucet and scrub lightly with salt. That will get off the extra shortening that the seasoning put on it.
  9. Never wash your cast iron with soap! You want to wash it with scalding hot water, or as hot as you can stand, wearing rubber gloves to protect your hands.
  10. Wash your pans using only hot water and salt. Believe it or not I saw a show where Maury Povich I think it was- put some kind of a bacterial sensor on a whole bunch of different kinds of pans that people brought in the studio audience. The one that had zero bacteria was the cast iron skillet that a lady just scrubbed it with salt! I couldn’t believe it!

I hope you all have a really wonderful day today and do something that inspires you.

“I Am Forrest Gump” by Alan Silvestri

When I heard this song play this afternoon I remembered the opening of the movie with a feather that was done with CGI Graphics that was blowing all over the place through town, landing on the bench where Forrest Gump was sitting.

I remember so vividly in technicolor and have that beautiful image playing in my mind like the movie did.

Combined with the beautiful soundtrack music that Alan Silvestri wrote, “I Am Forrest Gump”, it will always move and inspire me. The music  Only lasts for 2 minutes but it’s a glorious 2 minutes!

I can still remember remember it as though it was yesterday.

I also remembered that I bought the sheet music to it, actually Mark bought it for me (my ex-husband) and I was trying to find it the other day. But it was lost in my sea of sheet music. ALL THOSE YEARS OF TEACHING PIANO I COLLECTED a Lot of sheet music.  It’s unfortunate though, that sometimes I can’t find what I am looking for!

I considered  the song lost in my sea of sheet music, and decided I would simply do as I always did before I learned how to read sheet music which is  just sit down, listen and play what I heard.

I put it on a loop on Spotify and tried to play by the sing by ear instead! AND TO MY ELATED SURPRISE,  I DID.

The motto of the story is- shoot for the best that you can do in this world and then just try because the best that can happen is you just might do it!

Your Prayers Will Be Heard. The Moment You Start Believing. You get a new beginning

“Even this song is an example of God putting it on there for me because I just randomly picked a playlist and I never heard this group before or this song. “DREAMER” BY ISBELLS.

I’ve been just going around my place doing things and I heard this song play with its pretty syncopated guitar background and stopped, and I played it again and I really listened to the words….. and I knew those words had merit.

I have and do  experience daily this happening in my life for real so I am a living testimony of what that song‘s words mean.

Watch “6 Psychological TRICKS to Make People LIKE You IMMEDIATELY” on YouTube

I will also add to Tony Robbins statements about “people like people who are like themselves and don’t like people who are not like themselves.”

That comment in itself sounds either biased or racist or a lot of things but I don’t care for I posted the video because there’s a lot of good things she can learn about psychology if you’re ever in a business meeting or something we’re you’re with a large group of people you’ve never met in your life.

Some of my best friends are like me, but I know a lot of people who are radically different from me and the way they look- tattoos all over them, punky looking, from about every race in the world because I know we’re all basically the same as human beings. It is the person’s heart and soul, and beliefs and interests and talents I connect with and I mean every word I say and am always genuine.

I personally think that people differences make life interesting and the few always no matter what three people with the same respect and dignity that you want to be treated you can find a common ality between them. You can quote me on that. Tony Robbins illustration of mirroring someone’s actions was one I never picked up in my psychology class in college. That was interesting, though I am not sure I would use it in real life. That would be helpful in an educational setting where you are trying to get through and communicate to a vast amount of people from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Will Smith’s contribution I love because I do it all the time which is express positive energy. I love the statement that he said that he had put on a t-shirt which reads – “Positive energy should be in your job description.”

It’s always summer in my heart.

It’s no matter that I have lived in Las Vegas, NV several years now with the dust blowing around me and the rocks beneath my feet; it will always be summer in my heart and soul.

Me below at the Starbucks in The Stratosphere. The photo was taken a few days ago on the 11th of November.

I was born in Tucson, Arizona, also the desert Southwest, but for over 40 years of my life. Southern California was my home.

I was old enough to truly appreciate the blue expanse of the Pacific Ocean around me, the palm trees  calm of the beautiful flowers and all of the other  extraordinary scenery  of California.

It is where I went elementary school, Middle School, High School and college graduate School. Where I was married and 15 years later unfortunately divorced. But it’s also where I began discovering who I really was deep inside after being true to my inner voice, as I call my intuition.

I would love to lease a place there and yet keep my place in Vegas. That way, I could enjoy the uniqueness of both and do work with my old clients and discover new ones.

There are no perfect places to live, but ones that can never be forgotten, like the special people who have helped make me who I am.

I hope that what’s coming for me is like my paper whites blooming with twice the blooms they were supposed to have, my goals exceeding my expectations.

The 60’s are the decade I was born, and though I love technology,  I AM a PART of HISTORY.

  •  I remember seeing the first lunar landing on a black tube TV in hearing Walter Cronkite narrate it 4 years old.

  •  I remember seeing the Beatles debut on The Ed Sullivan Show at 8 years old. I couldn’t figure out what all the women were screaming for!

Carrots: Planting, Growing and Harvesting Carrot Plants | The Old Farmer’s Almanac & More!

My rainbow non-GMO carrots are two weeks old now and you can see the sprouts coming up in my reusable grow bags that I got.

This photo is 3 days old. According to the Farmer’s Almanac, it takes 2 months for a carrot to become fully matured. Once they start coming in more fully about a inch high, then I’m supposed to snip off some of the tops so that there about 3 inches apart from each other.

Updated carrot sprout photo will go here.

In my dinner tonight (below photo) which was homemade with both ground turkey and smoked turkey bacon. The recipe for my Smoked Turkey Meatloaf Italiano is on

      CookingUpaStormWithMissPolly.com

I served it with some mashed potatoes made creamy with 2% milk and nonfat sour cream and natural shredded cheddar to flavor them. The sweetness of the baby carrots flavored only with fresh orange peel grated on them, was awesome.

You can add butter, margarine or vegan butter for more richness, if you want.

The carrots are so sweet and so good for you they have tons of vitamin A in them and if you eat any amount of these they will improve your eyesight over time plus there’s fiber and all kinds of good stuff, not to mention just plain good!

When you go to the Farmers Almanac website at www almanac.com, you can put in your zip code and it will give you an entire planting guide for your area.

Plus, if you sign up for their mailing list, then you’ll get new recipes using fresh produce everyday in your email box.. There’s all sorts of really interesting information on website, right now they’re putting information on how to cook your holiday turkey and also how to survive blackouts in storms and other information that’s critical for most people at this time of year.

And all that from just searching on Google what do I do with my carrots, when they start growing and maturing.

Savor every hour of your day!

Take your earbuds or ear phones OFF and listen to the birds chirp. Don’t go run around with headphones on, oblivious to everyone and everything around you. Instead, look at people and make eye contact with them.

Always put people first and things second and you will get respect in dividends by doing so.

Show that people matter and you care by calling them by name, and, if they are wearing a name badge, perfect stranger or not, call them by their given name.

Watch “FENUGREEK TEA RECIPE | BENEFITS” on YouTube

I have a ton of fenugreek seeds in my spice drawer from when I made homemade curry powder a few months back.

It’s nice to know that within about 5 to 8 minutes of boiling time, you’ll have a very healthful tea good for improving joint problems related to arthritis and cardiovascular problems  or just  making you  less likely to have them!

You can flavor with whatever type of sweetener you prefer, but the popular choice with this is honey.

The health benefits are very high for this and if one of you tries this and benefits from this, it was worth posting it.

Fantastic health book that I would highly recommend that I bought many years ago back in 1984 when I was going to college at a local health food store is called “Healthy Healing: An Alternative Healing Reference” by Linda G. Rector-Page, N.D., Ph.D.

My Cup Runneth Over Ronnie Aldrich and His Two Pianos

As I have nearly 3 loads of laundry done now, looking with contentment as they are happily hanging to air dry from the ceiling fan above them on a drying rack.

I heard this song playing so I stopped what I was doing so I could add it to several of my Spotify playlists and I wanted to share it with all of you.

I thought I could take a dip of my spicy Stash Chair Tea with clove scented sugar cubes sweetening it.

It is being done with a portable washer made for apartments and people who travel and I bought the thing on Amazon. By doing laundry it saves me about $40 monthly by not having to pump quarters in the washer here, plus I can do it here in my place upstairs rain or shine-elimating a dozen up and downstair’s trips!

My clothes stay nicer because they’re washed in cold water and I let them hang dry so they don’t get ruined by the dry heat in the dryer. So it’s better for an ecological standpoint, economic standpoint, and it may take some work-but I don’t care keeps me in shape. I’ve lost 7 pounds this week according to my LifeSum Diet app, which by the way is phenomenal! I use it along with my Pacer app and it keeps track of my walking and activity.

      My Wish For You Today:

I hope that whatever you are doing today is profitable and productive and rewarding

Even if it’s not profitable, if what you do is rewarding enough that is money!–

Your memories will pay you in dividends in the present and future with stellar, unforgettable memories.

It’s adds quality to your life,  especially if you are adding quality to someone special too.

Manuel and the Music of the Mountains:  The Sun, the Sea, and the Sky

After my walking playlist was over, Spotify started playing “songs that were like my walking playlist” and this song came up that I’ve never heard before.

I thought it was Mantovani when I first heard it but it’s not. It’s a symphonic group that I’ve never heard before which is another reason I like Spotify.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I am here.

Thank you all for tuning in to TotallyInspiredMind.com

I woke up. I have clothes to wear. I have running water. I have food to eat. Life is good and I am thankful.

The original post was inadvertently deleted when I was adding SEO tags to it today! Ironic isn’t it? I should have left it the way it was. That’s why I hate adding SEO tags. I prefer to not force people to find my work but simply attract them to it organically as it called….by simply being interesting and good content.

Watch “Victims Of Texas Church Shooting Remembered” on YouTube

This news is so heartbreaking to tell and there is absolutely no positive in this, only my heart cries for all the parents and the families who have lost their precious family over an idiot’s murderous, sick actions.

I hope that every church arm themselves with trained security guards to end the sad trend of innocent people dying in church massacres.

Even if the security guards never fire one gun, it is  the mere fact that they are armed and ready if they ever had to use them; it’s just the fact they possess them. That’s usually enough to prevent a tragedy.

Watch “Should churches have armed security?” on YouTube

There have been so many weirdos losers and people who have killed innocent people when they were praying with their families. They are like Satan personified.

Unfortunately that tragedy has been a trend that churches and their congregations need to stop in its tracks.

If churches don’t do something proactive, instead of playing victim, they will remain sheep awaiting the next wolf.

Times have unfortunately changed for the worse in many respects, and so churches should be armed with plans that can preserve the lives of their congregations and parishioners.
