These “burgers” have no meeting them, instead they have cooked brown rice or cooked couscous as well as yogurt. I used homemade Bulgarian yogurt in the recipe but you can use Greek yogurt in place of it. Also they contain chopped walnuts, chopped carrots, plain bread crumbs, and your choice of curry powder I used one that is fantastic that I found on Amazon made by a company called Fresh Jax Mild Yellow Thai coconut Curry.
I can’t wait to make some great rice with it too.
