I created Paulette Motzko”s Walking Playlist 2017 and have been adding songa that make my heart smile and my feet feel like dancing for when I do my daily walking.
I have been doing about a mile a day, using the apps Samsung Health, My Fitness Pal and my Indigi-Smart Watch with pedomter. I love it! I lost 10 pounds in about 28 days and feel so much better.
