Stages of Our Lives Pass Like Changing Seasons by Paulette Le Pore Motzko New Version

Above images created by Paulette Le Pore Motzko, Copyright 2016

Written by Paulette Le Pore Motzko.

Copyright February 2017

I accidentally erased the link that was on here going to a blog post called “Stages of Change”, and prior to finding the blog post in the wee hours this morning, I had the idea to write this.

I thought the entire story would be written in an hour or by about 3 p.m. now yesterday afternoon, Las Vegas, NV time. It’s 4:00 a.m. February 28th,  2017 and with a Pentatonix Concert on Neflix playing,  I have been embellishing the post with more images that I feel tell part of the story too and modifying what I wrote.

I hope you will enjoy it. Yesterday was my day to “Get Absorbed in The News Day” writing commentaries. I am an empath in many ways, and can only handle hearing about the news of the world every few days. I would never get anything done if I did otherwise. All I have to do is run into one god-forsaken story about Trump, who’s Triple loser in my book, especially after hearing he made fun of a disabled person. Anyone that would make fun of any kind of disabled person is a pathetic human being. Trump’s animalistic, racist and self demeaning behavior boggles my mind. Yes,  I know he tries to demean other people but all he succeeds and doing it’s just lowers himself to increasing new levels of mediocrity.  I want him impeached to preserve the integrity of the United States as an American citizen. He simply makes us look bad in the eyes of other nations.

Enough of my political view points, that were not in the original post,  but I don’t stand alone in my feelings.

One of my golden rules in life is to be genuine and totally authentic. People respect that. When it comes to followers and buying followers  I don’t . All mine are real and represent real, living, breathing , wonderful people  who I have impressed somehow, or I’ve inspired, or empowered, made laugh, entertained,  or they look forward to something that I write, my original images,  or they like just me in general and my persona. My followers are real people who follow me  because I am REAL and put on no pretenses. Anything other than that is just fake in my book, and I’m working on two books currently.

I get asked all the time you want to buy some followers they say why? I have my own real ones from hard work  writing what I feel is good content. I think any industry they call that  organic. As a writer I call it smart because it’s how I know what people LIKE. IF everything is fake and contrived, it doesn’t reflect anything real but it’s just a mere illusion of popularity

When ever I see Trump’s face, one word comes to mind- impeachment. I sincerely hope that happens so the disasters and hate crimes nationwide he instigated can end. The United States needs to think of our progress rather than regression. I wish Trump wasn’t really and instead a really bad nightmare ,  nut we all wake up and he’s still there unfortunately!
Like many of my stories, posts and pictures; they are going through a creative evolutionary process, contantly changing or improving, like their creator me! We all change everyday just a little bit, even though we can’t see the changes, we still do. The great thing about that is it we all have a say in how we change,  and in what ways we change. You just have to want to change then catapult your want with action to make it a reality.

Above photo taken by my friend Martha the general manager of The Canonita-Mexico City Soul Food. Photo editing by Paulette Motzko.

Just like the seasons are now changing from winter to spring, this article is changing with every word I write.

I hope the finished product has you look at not only me in a new way, but life in general in a new way and directs you to a newfound realization of the power you possess in it.

Embrace change. It us the only constant in life.  Those who do the best in life ADAPT.

Much like a surfer on a surfboard riding the wave, those that master the “Art of Living”, ride the wave called LIFE. We can learn from the quick reflexes of the surfer, adjusting what we do in correlation to what’s the way  was coming our way.

When I was younger I hadn’t discovered my full potential yet and didn’t see the world from a big picture vantage point yet. That was to be uncovered and made visible over time. I was a very sick, misunderstood kid that grew up in the 60’s, at a time before the time “bullying” was invented or before people cared to do something about it at least.

My nanny came to live with us when I was nine, the same age I was diagnosed with epilepsy. The piano she brought with her would soon become my best friend. It took until high school at 14 to be invented for me to know what size your freedom was.  Until the time kids were just too mean spirited stupid to ever give me a chance as human being, let alone as a friend.  I wrote music on that Henry Ford. Miller piano and read lots of cookbooks and passed the time figuring out what I was going to make and cook, analyzing recipes as though it were a novel envisioning  what I’d make  when I grew up and the parties that I would have and how awesome it would be…….

Every day pray and meditate as your 1st thing in the day.  Connect with your Omnipotent Power of the Universe asking for Wisdom and Guidance. I AM CHISTIAN BAPTIZED CATHOLIC, BUT I AM SPIRITUAL IN NATURE. No matter what your faith, place that part of you first and you cannot be steered wrong.

Light an aromatherapy candle and find out how you can tap into what’s inside your SOUL.

I have always found lighting a candle is a way to connect to a hidden, very special light planted in my soul.

Chances are, if you try it, you will discover it too.

Before you know it, when you start connecting with your Spiritual Source, you’ll find a light that you can protect outward at the world, and the world will be brighter as result of it. If your light shines brilliantly it’s own special way, the light will never go away as long as the World Turns. If you bring something to the world nobody has ever seen before that has great merit,  you’ll be memorable enough that your memory and good you did will “shine” like the aurora borealis.

The older I get the more I focus on the good I can give rather than what I can get and options and opportunities open like flowers in the Spring.

Keep Negative and Hurtful People Away From You. You owe it to yourself to have a happy and productive life. Life is a balancing act composed of spiritual time, personal time, work time, leisure time and whatever other classifications you when to add.

Take time to do self-introspection so you can see how far you’ve come and how far you’ve gone to appreciate Where You Are now.

Mentor others  so you can help others carry the torch and do things easier than you once did.
Donate your time then to philanthropic things to give back to the world and it will give you more back than you ever dreamed.
Make the most of where you are now. Use the tools you have now, they don’t have to be the best tools but they’re the tools we can afford and use them maximize them and save up for whatever equipment you need to do your job well.

If Life Were A Movie I Will Tell You Do It Right The First Time-from 2014 with 2017 Pictorial

If Life Were a Movie I Will Tell You Do It Right The First Time Because There are No Retakes & You C… –

I hadn’t read this in quite some time but I always saw the story come up as number one on the top 10 on Totally Inspired Mind.

Even though I was going though a lot of turmoil and changes in 2014, I still was filled with hope, striving relentlessly on my goals and dreams and full of inspiration.

As one of the best epileptoligists in southern California said, “God made you special”. That doctor was Dr. William Suthering in Pasadena at The Brain Mapping Center.

He was the 1st to ever show how small the damage in the temperol region in my brain was. Then he said- “you know your language ability is how articulate you are and how you have a photographic memory, and how you can play music and write songs how you can create recipes?

This is because the area of your brain that controls the creative centers in those areas of the memory centers are larger than most people.

I wouldn’t want to operate on you if you paid me to because it coup ruin all the special things about you.”  All the other doctors wanted to operate on me at the time. God gave you far more than He ever take away.”

I tell you all that  story because the most valuable thing you’ll ever carry with you is your attitude.

Even though I’ve almost died five times in my life and I used to be in a wheelchair power scooter, something I called the Chariot of Fire, I didn’t let it all stop me.  I always pushed forward and thought progress  my progress, progress!

I developed a scooter with a 20 mile radius, along with Health Net, my insurance at the time. It was my wheels to freedom. It  was my car and I could do anything I wanted when I wanted, within reason.

Vimpat, that I take now wasn’t invented yet. Vimpat is the single most successful drug ever created for a partial seizures in the world- with the highest success rate over 90% success rate and very few side effects.

UCB created Vimpat, and was legalized in the United States and I’ve been on it ever since.

I discovered it in a neurology magazine in the office of my doctor at the time, Barbara Swartz in Newport Beach. Being that I’ve been using big words since I was 9 years old, I asked her why don’t we try this with Tegretol as an adjunct therapy?  She thought my idea was a great one and the two would go together really well…and so a new life was born-my life.

Life is like a blank coloring book and you put in the colors of how interesting how beautiful how wonderful you are going to make it period only you can do it and only you can paint pictures in your life and only you can alter whatever situation you’re in.
Have a phenomenal day and figure out ways that you can “color your world” like the words in  a song do you can look back an sat you really lived. .. making the most of every ability you possess and every talent that God gave you and putting any disability on the back burner as though it doesn’t even exist.

If God was a poker dealer-buy He’s not- it doesn’t matter that you think your cards are losing cards. Many times, with the right ingenuity, that losing hand wins the game and you beat the odds. You can show that it can be done…no matter dealing with or what you’re striving for.

The most disturbing part of this story is the fact that the first word in the sentence is another.

I want to say the redundant question of what is this world coming to anyway?

When I hear stories like this I am horrified and it is such a terrible tragedy.

    I pray for World Unity.

I pray for the families that were affected by this.

And, I hope that the hate that Trump began will very soon end.

He started a fireball of hatred that the good and kind and moral people need to stop with a thing called impeachment.

Mardi Gras crash suspect’s blood-alcohol level nearly 3x legal limit with Commentary on Making Drink Drivers Pay Big Time

Mardi Gras crash suspect’s blood-alcohol level nearly 3x legal limit

I’m so tired of hearing about thousands of innocent people dying due to a drunk idiot behind a steering wheel who has no knowledge what he is even doing.

People’s lives are in turmoil because someone is stupid and uses themselves like a human bullet and a car as a weapon. That’s what a drunk does.

We need way more strict penalties against driving drunk.

We need them in Las Vegas Nevada where I live especially too.

Vegas has one of the highest pedestrian fatality rates in the nation and the people who run this town don’t even care.

People like Dina Titus that I spoke to,  just said “oh you’re in Vegas what do you expect.” What kind of complacent, apathetic attitude!

I expect better than that and the political leaders to have a community minded frame of mind, looking out for the best interest in all.

She’s the head of transportation and she couldn’t even pull strings to get me my Paratransit bus ID.

Apathy the worst crime in the world.

We need to immediately imprison drunk drivers and make people realize a car is a weapon  when you don’t know what the hell you’re doing behind the wheel!

I was in a near fatal car accident over 20 years ago because I had a seizure behind the wheel and I thank God everyday that I wasn’t killed and I didn’t kill anybody else. You can offer to pay me a million dollars and I’m not getting behind the wheel ever again people who drive drunk Who Kill should be imprisoned but no help of ever coming out.

I guarantee you if we made laws like that there be few people even risking getting behind the wheel and they would take cabs or Lyft or Uber like they should.

If your life was a movie what would you name it?

Who are the star players in it and why?

Do you think your life would be a drama, comedy, thriller or family friendly rated G?

    Interesting points to ponder.

My mom taught me as a young child of four years old but I so she ate it with it soon I could become like period when you start thinking that way you’ll rethink the people you associate with period sometimes inadvertently we can pick up people’s vernacular and word choice comma without even knowing it period sometimes people’s habits creep up and before you know it you’re doing what they’re doing. What are some of the people in your life that you value and why are they the star players and what about them is special and helps you become the person that you were meant to become?

I’ll be working on my answers to all these questions and I will post them when I’m done.

A Look Back at the History of US Transgender Rights

“We all have the right to be treated with dignity and respect no matter who we are: No matter what race, color or creed-it doesn’t matter what sexual preference, able or disabled, man or woman. We should all get the same pay for the same job and be treated fsurly with the same opportunities.

It is a civil rights issue and we are all equal, though come from different backgrounds and different countries.

We all dont have to agree with one another. We just need to learn patience and tolerance and respect others’ views.

We were all created equally and are human beings deserving of love.

Bionic’s is the merging of human with machine with organic with inorganic; it can create limbs for people who once had none, making the impossible possible. The field and study of bionics is truly miraculous.

While watching a wonderful and enlightening documentary, I put together this piece here.

Check out this web site called

One of the rules that – says is:

1.”Every possession serves a purpose or gives you joy.”

I have been doing this over the last year like a materialisman detox.

    2. “People don’t use the space inside their homes over an average day.” Maybe 40% of the space is used, says David Friedlander Communications Director LifeEdited.

    3. Frank Mascia says that “We are living our life depending on the space we’ve got rather than creating our space to fit our lives.

You don’t need the bigger is better philosophy.

You just need enough for you. Don’t compare yourself to your neighbors, as what’s good for them isn’t good for you-since you are two very different people.

Go for quality versus quantity in life. That includes the amount of friends you have and the quality those kind of people that you associate with.  It is better to have a few great friends that a bunch of people in your life that you don’t even know who they are.

Wean yourself off Facebook especially, because there is a high volume of “Let Me One Better You” kind of people there. Many on there have no life whatsoever, and fill it with playing games and messaging other people and when they are not doing that they find fault with other people who are doing well, driving them down into their little pathetic existence. That’s what people do who are losers. They try and dim the shine on other people who are doing well to try and bring them down to their own levels.

Don’t get me wrong though. I still have a Facebook account but I get on it as I used to in a kind of obligatory way. All the time I invested with it very few people ever come from there to my website here. Most of my referrals are from Twitter or other blogs or websites.

So far all the time that I spent with Facebook wasn’t really producing anything other than talking to a few friends who lived in other states that I want to keep in touch with.

Now, by me calling the shots, i can Focus 100% of what I’m doing hen I want to and I’ll install it when I don’t want to deal with anybody. I am the one in control versus Facebook being the one in control, and I like it that way.

I want to be able to focus on my work, life and simply living.

I began doing that a couple months ago and was so happy with how much I got done and how I was able to concentrate on writing things and doing things without hearing a ding ding ding all day my stupid messenger from Indian guys who were 20 years old and wgo I will never see or military guys who want a mother for their kids!

I simply uninstall whichever networking site that I don’t want to do it and then I add it when I want to come talk to people and catch up on what I missed whatever it is. Anybody that I really want to stay in touch with has my phone number. There’s few that I do that with but they have my phone number they know my email they know how to reach me voice-to-voice. That’s how I prefer. I know all about Skype and it’s fun to see a video call but I still feel kind of like a cyborg girl robot when I do that kind of stuff. Being that I was born in the sixties and I’m 55 years young, good old-fashioned telephone or fancy smartphone is fine with me.

Texting pictures and emoticons will ever give you the personality of that person. I am am old fashioned telephone lady because it feels more natural to me  and I enjoy hearing the vocal intonation and voice behind the people I care about.

It’s a liberating feeling to know that you’re in control of your own life and keeping the networking sites at bay help you enjoy life more.

Facebook is full of people who can’t wait to show all their stuff and all their fancy things, as if though it were a contest.

There is Merit to everything if you enjoy Facebook and can manage to do your work and convince to live a full life and go ahead and do it. Whatever floats your boat then by God, Sail Your Ship to New Horizons!

I’m so happy that after reblogging some of my friends and followers web post on Totally Inspired Mind, this blog post appeared that I created some of last night and the rest just now at 2:22 p.m. on President’s Day. I had scheduled it to appear today, and I’ve never done that before and put it on private setting. Last night when I looked and my administrative settings I couldn’t even find it in pending post or private. I am happy that it wasn’t inadvertently destroyed.

The rain stopped yesterday and I’ve got some sun outside now and the bluest sky I’ve seen in the last 3 days.

Vegas has temperamental weather. It’s like fire and ice, either really cold and gloomy or hot as hades.

I’m not sure what I’m going to do but I’m going to get out of here for a while.

Have an awesome rest of your day!

“If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place. As soon as you honor the present moment, unhappiness and struggle dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease. When you act out the present-moment awareness, whatever you do becomes imbued with a sense of quality, care, and love – even the most simple action.” All

Most People do not Realize that as they Continue to Find Things to Complain About, They Disallow Their Own Physical Well-Being. Complaining Disallows Improvement. Esther Hicks

Esther Hicks says : “Most people do not realize that as they continue to find things to complain about, they disallow their own physical well-being. Many do not realize that before they were complaining about an aching body or a chronic disease, they were complaining about many other things first. It does not matter if the object of your complaint is about someone you are angry with, behavior in others that you believe is wrong, or something wrong with your own physical body. Complaining is complaining, and it disallows improvement.”

Keep beautiful living things around you. Nature will do your body, mind & soul good.

Taken at Moon Valley Nurseries in Las Vegas Nevada. It’s one of the oldest nurseries in Nevada and it’s been in existence since the sixties and covers over eight Acres.

In the photo is my gopher plant which is named so because it keeps gophers away. Who’s have to worry about this pesky guys in my yard where I live but it’s a gorgeous plantain amazingly it’s a succulent period with stands 25 mile an hour winds and high heat which is something I never thought I’d find anywhere in existence. All the wonderful people who work at the Moon Valley Nursery you’re so knowledgeable about all the plants they sell in feature. You can tell what they do is something absolutely love.

The Quest for The Cancer Cure

Me at The Texas Station recently here in Las Vegas.  The photo was graciously taken by sweet friend Miss V.

I hope that I can work with an existing, we’ll known nonprofit organization to team up and be able to help find the cure for cancer.

Find the song in your heart and make sure and sing it everyday with all your heart and soul. –      Paulette L. Motzko

The image is of my virtuoso violinist friend Valeri who is one of the super talented musicians  in the Venetian Trio in Las Vegas, Nevada. He appears nightly at The Venetian, which is one of my absolute favorite places in Nevada.

Your song doesn’t have to be a musical song but your song can be something that just gives you Joy, something that you’re really good at but when you do it it’s as though it sings.

You could be a good worker, who takes rough blocks of wood and carves them into beautiful masterpieces making the would seem to sing.

You could be a window washer who washes windows with a style and finesse and an attitude that sees the beauty and what he or she does and sees the smiles on people’s faces through the reflection in the window, and help put the smiles on people’s faces. When you bring something more to your job than what the job entails, you no longer just do with a job description is. You make it more than what it is. Anybody can do that in the matter how many of you think your job may be.

In the case of my friend Larry who plays the violin as beautifully is Itzhak Perlman, and his played by the violent if he was 9 years old, the same amount of time since I’ve been playing the piano…

He doesn’t just play the violin; he plays people’s memories and plays songs for people from all different countries.

Along with the amazing accordion player in the amazing flutist in the Venetian Trio. They examples of people who artistic at what they do but they bring people joy and ways that they’ll have no idea.

Then what is the relationship between something that you do and the state of joy? You will enjoy any activity in which you are fully present.

“Then what is the relationship between something that you do and the state of joy? You will enjoy any activity in which you are fully present, any activity that is not just a means to an end. It isn’t the action you perform that you really enjoy, but the deep sense of aliveness that flows into”

Life’s too great to sit around feeling sorry for yourself when there’s so much to be thankful for. Count a few of your blessings, and get off Facebook that all it showas is everybody’s “stuff”-flowers, chocolate’s and gifts.

Give yourself the gift of getting off Facebook and uninstalling it from your smartphone!

You will live. I did. You’ll thrive.

Have compassion empathy and love for everyone.

     Show your Humanity.
