Habits are just things you do every day because they help you, they benefit your life, and you become a better person somehow because of them.
If the habits in your life don’t do any of those things then you need to drop them and choose new, life-building, positive better habits. Is a simple is that.

Find ways around your excuses.
If something is worth it, it’s worth fighting for.
Your time I’d the most valuable thing you own. Think carefully how you spend each hour and who you choose to share your time with.
There’s no day like today to make a change in the right direction.
Make a simple list of all your negative habits to eliminate, and begin doing so today.
Replace every negative Habit you have now with a positive one to replace it.
