At 4:44 a.m I was born in 1961. Age is all in your mind.

My birthday is coming up in a half hour, and to be exact, I was born at 4:44 a.m.
I am mostly moved into my beautiful new home with a wonderful family. I am their Nanny, Personal Chef and Tutor for their 7 year old son.
Tomorrow I will be walking him to school and meeting his 3rd grade teacher.

I want to thank you all for your prayers for a miracle because they were heard, and in a very extraordinary way too.

My friend Glenda was their Nanny before me and she gave a stellar referral recommending me to them, which is how it all came together.

My neighbors are so friendly and nice and I lI’ve in a beautiful neighborhood with established trees and flowers.

Thank you.  Having a wonderful quality of life and being able to relax is the best birthday present of all.
Having a huge gourmet kitchen to cook in is a dream come true too. Especially since I lived in one so small you could only turn in a circle in it.

Thank you for your support, prayers, friendship and more.

My place is over half packed to begin a new life in a beautiful new neighborhood as a personal chef and Nanny for a wonderful family

After having the moving company raise their estimate triple fold yesterday morning, my great friend Leo and I went to Walmart and picked up tons of boxes, tons of bubble wrap, packing tape we went to Costco and I got hand towels and wash rags to very carefully pack the breakable things. I did that on many moves with the ex husband and always worked. I can pack some of the ceramics and big trains and things like that that I have in bath towels, very carefully wrapped. When I came from Southern California here, all the things that is idiot from Labor Ready packed with paper were broken. The things I packed were all fine. It’s much more eco friendly way of doing it coming up the bubble wrap is so great but I can’t do paper cuz my hands bleed. So here it almost 7 in the morning, I’m drinking my French press coffee, saying my prayers, meditating common and envisioning this place done, in every book in the bookcase packed in boxes. Leo is coming over after 7 a.m. and he’s bringing the U Haul truck that I reserved when I have to text him the reservation number. Once he brings the truck here then we can load the boxes that are all over my place into it, making more room for the ones.

Now want to have all this done by hopefully about 3 o’clock pm.

Here is an empowering image of a white dove symbolizing freedom, happiness and the Holy Spirit, which I know has worked miracles in my life over the last week.

It is a high definition wallpaper for your smartphone, ipod, Ipad or computer handpicked by Paulette Motzko courtesy of

I’m only moving about 5 miles away, but it’s a really nice side of town really beautiful, residential community, with big established trees that I will be very happy to hear birds chirp again and see nice neighbors kids mothers fathers families all there, instead of the drug attics and goofballs I see where I’m living. This place is definitely not what I expected nor what I was hoping for.

You so nice to have rooms again, beautiful big front room, family room, gourmet kitchen, my own bedroom comma instead of a hard Murphy bed but doesn’t sleep very well.

Thank you for your prayers and envisioning me having it all when I wish you all everything that’s wonderful in life always.

Thank you for your prayers for me. They were answered.

I was interviewed for a Nanny position for a wonderful Christian family today and was referred by my awesome, kind friend Glenda who was their Nanny before.

I will be cooking any kind of meal they like from Italian to Chinese, to Mexican to Thailand, or Mediterranean, Greek, French Provencal or Moroccan or good old American Regional in a huge gourmet kitchen with massive island and granite countertops…I am heaven there.

My upright rosewood grand piano is going to have a wonderful home in the spacious front room and my 1000 volume library will take on new meaning when I can teach phonetics and all about English to his children..just as my mother did me at four years old.

I will walk him to school and pick him up and make sure he does his homework, helping him. He’s such a bright little boy like his dad.

I would have believed all this could come together in 24 hours. ..but it did with God.

I have always loved kids and looked into adopting an older child when I was married but the astronomical, outrageous lawyer’s fees prevented us, or at least made us decide against it.

It will be great sitting around a big table and blessing my food with this kind family and becoming one of its members.

My baker’s rack will go back in the kitchen where it belongs with professional pots hanging on it.

Sometimes things have to fall apart for better things to come together.

Prayer is a cry of gratitude and love in the midst trial as well as joy. – St. Therese How to pray the Chaplet of St. Therese

I was telling a dear friend of mine today about St. Therese of Lixeaux and explaining how in the Catholic faith you pick a name from a special saint that has worked miracles in your life when you are confirmed. I chose the name Therese because of the miracles she performed in my life and all the prayers answered in addition to the many roses I have seen and found where no roses grew.

Soon a chaplet with 24 beads, standing for the 24 years she lived and a medal with a holy relic will be arriving and a wooden rosary I can pray on. I mailed for them a week ago as a spiritual gift to myself that will keep giving for my birthday on August 31st.

You pray a Glory Be To The Father on each of the 24 beads reflecting about her life.  You are not praying to her as though she’s God closer to him.

The Glory Be to The Father can be said by any Christian person.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit as was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end, amen.

You say one Our Father, that has words that come straight from the bible:

Our Father
Who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name
My kingdom come
Thy will be done
On earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our trespasses
As we forgive those trespass against us.
And, lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil, amen.

My favorite part of saying the prayer is where you meditate on the things that you what changed in your life, your prayers your offerings your deepest innermost feelings and then all your prayers as you name them like a bouquet of roses to the throne of God. And you picture them each individually going up to the heavens as roses to the throne of God is the most powerful part of the prayer.

Another special prayer, that my dad used to say…and I own his prayer book is:

St. Therese, the little flower,
Please pick for me a rose from the heavenly garden and send it to me with a message of love . Ask God to grant the favor I thee implore and tell him I will love him each day more and more.

I share this because my friend Glenda was wanting to say that prayer when I told her about the many roses I found and the extraordinary things were always answered when I prayed the chaplet prayer she was fascinated, and although not Catholic, she wanted to try it. Instead of only telling her I figured I would tell the whole world-the the “how to.”

And, thought instead of simply showing her I thought I would print it here so the many people who tune in to Totally Inspired Mind, over 100 countries a month now, could read it as well as the world… and benefit and feel the kind of so solace that I do.

If this conflicts with your beliefs, simply pass on it. There are plenty more stories and posts to read on the site.

Watch “Leonard Nimoy Reads “Desiderata” by Max Ehrmann” on YouTube

I was thinking about this extraordinary literary work earlier but couldn’t think of the name of it. One of my newest followers and friends on the blog Tea and Musings aired it on her site and I tried to share it from there. For whatever reason it would not let me.
So, I searched every form of it on the net on my Galaxy Note 4 phablet and found this wonderful audio video version read by the late great Leonard Nemo on YouTube.

I hope you all have no trouble playing and hearing this.  It was shared from the latest YouTube app with their share feature going right to WordPress. I just clicked the video on the posted site and it says that it’s been disabled by YouTube, but if you hit it again it will take you right to YouTube and it will play the video.

First time I heard this in Honors English in high school to through out my life and it is a kind of a mix between a prayer, meditation, and a poem for me.
I hope it is for you too.

Play it when you want to become centered, remembering what really matters.

In 20 minutes you can do almost any unpleasant thing you have put off.

In a time management book I read years ago, that I forget the name of, it said simply set your timer to 20 minutes,  or have your alarm go off on your smartphone in 20 minutes. ..

My dishes are done now while I listened to I heart Radio serenade me.
I am so good at this now,  after doing it for 3 years, the alarm went off when I was cleaning the last stainless steel strainer!

Also this technique works great to break down huge projects into more manageable tasks. 20 minutes a day or 30, whatever you want…make it an hour… set the time you invest.  YOU ARE IN CHARGE.

It works.

Try it.

Then make sure you allocate some TLC Time For You after being so good and meeting your responsibilities and achieving your goals.

You must do all things you think you cannot do. – E. Roosevelt

Eleanor Roosevelt –

What I feel Eleanor Roosevelt meant by this statement is that we have to go outside of our comfort sphere and try new things, overcoming our fears.
She didn’t mean, hey let’s stick our hands on a lit burner or jump out of a plane with no parachute!

That is what I will add to the quote.
How do you interpret Eleanor Roosevelt’s quote?

Charleston remembers three more

Charleston remembers three more

When are we as a people going to realize that were all the same no matter what color skin we have.
There is  much needless violence and  death, in this world that leaves lives broken because of what? Racism.

Racism is just hatred and stupidity wrapped up together in one ugly word.
WHO CARES SOMEBODY HAS DIFFERENT color skin? Thank God I dont. I remember when I was a kid and saw the black and white footage on a big tube TV of unfair things that happened to black people. I it is then and I hate it now, but at least we become a sophisticated enough to have a black president.

We’re all should be treated with respect and dignity.

Children of a all races, colors, and creeds play together and they are ignorant to racism. Being a bigot is a learned thing. Let us quit teaching it and grow up.

The more intelligent you are and usually the more educated you are you realize that that we are as a people united and we can sign peace treaties if we wanted to, we only wanted to.

Let’s want to.

What causes melanoma?

What causes melanoma?

Educating yourself on what to look for in melanoma, how to to the once a month check over on your body, you can help kick cancer in the ass! If by airing the story I help educate I love you I want to look for and how to do self test so that they can avoid it, then it was definitely worth sharing. I’m going to be going to really get a good general practitioner so I can have some spots on me checked out and I hope there nothing. So by airing this story I might have saved my own life too!

Surround Yourself with the Dreamers and the Doers!

Blue high definition rose wallpaper hand picked for you on

Thanks for a moment if the people you’re sending yourself or doers, believers and supporters of all the dreams and think are striving for. If they’re not and that’s all they do is drag you down, the little you insult you then you should eliminate them from your life if at all possible. Have a talk with those people and tell them that if they don’t change their ways you will do that. I guarantee you, do you have that discussion and let your boundaries be known all abuse will end and more positive dialogue will begin.

Aria De La Suite No. 3 by Bach to Drink Your Coffee to and Say Your Prayers

This is my jam: Aria de la Suite No. 3 by Johann Sebastian Bach on Johann Sebastian Bach Radio ♫ #iHeartRadio #NowPlaying—-17561696?campid=android_share

I went to bed very early after having a very hectic day, doing laundry, rearranging my place and talking to the management here where I live.

I seem to be getting up earlier all the time to whete I am going to bed at night at waking up to see the sunrise and the day put on its morning show.

When I was in college years ago I woke up at 4:44 a.m; the time I was born, and I seem to be waking up automatically at that time now.

I would light a table of votive candles and pray and meditate and read a selection of prayers then the sun would rise and I heard the glorious song of the birds in the jacaranda trees and in the camelia bushes by my window; I miss that part of every sunrise in Las Vegas because there are few trees-the home of birds so the most I hear here in the land of asphalt is a garbage truck! Back when I was 24 I used to then go get on the exercise bike that was outside on our patio in back yard and do 8 miles then get in the shower and be at the bus stop by 730 a.m. and then head for Golden west College in Huntington Beach and I was early for my classes at 830 a.m.

I usually walked to the DK Donuts on the corner and got the biggest coffee they had and it would warm my hands. And it was my reward for all the great things I did for my spiritual self and body.

I had a full time class load then in the Associate of Arts program in Piano Pedagogy. I was on the Honor Roll and Deans List each semester and to do that I did the best at every class, typed the class notes and all my homework and some nights closed the library down but my homework was done when I arrived back home.

You can have balance in all things.

Physical Exercise
Work Time
School Time
Tender Loving Care for Yourself Time
Family Time
Friends Time

Think about your life as it is now and ask yourself how you can restructure your days, afternoons and evenings to get more of a healthy balance in it.

The Face of God Smiling Downward by Paulette L Motzko

Wallpaper image from hand selected by Paulette L Motzko

As we look up to the heavens
We see the stars and planets, the constellations and as we look upward we know we’re a part of something extraordinary that God created for us to Cherish and take care of.

The world was created for us to live in and love and and as we look upward I cannot help but feel Our Creator is looking back down at me, as though the planetary orbs are the Face if God himself.

Sit a spell and let me put on some tea and conversation

The water is boiling
You choose your tea bag
I warm the China tea pot
And bring the honey and sugar bowl
The water is transformed to a fragrant, relaxing drink that soothes the mind and soul…
As we sit and share and sip the worries of the day vanish and conversation begins that create lasting stellar memories
Fragrant like white honeysuckle glowing by the light of a full moon.
