How he lost 100 pounds by eating at work
What a fantastic story since for so many reasons! Will baking soup and salad and homemade breads I grew up and stuff like that you can make it different soup and salad everyday never eat same thing twice. I also eat chicken fish very little red meat turkey and try to consume four cups of vegetables a day.
