I believe in the SUN even if it isn’t SHINING. I believe in LOVE even when I am ALONE. I believe in GOD even when He is Silent. From @Godly_Life on Twitter

Sometimes it is difficult to keep praying when you aren’t getting the answers you hope for. Keep praying.

Sometimes when it is raining and windy and overcast in our lives it is hard to remember the feeling of the warm rays of sun shining on your back. Just know the sun will rise again and every 24 hours you get a brand new day.
Sometimes it is hard to believe in love when it seems that you’re watching everyone else have fun. Get involved with singles groups and be happy for others and one day others will be happy for you!

What a wonderful and thought-provoking quote this is from Godly_Life!
If all of us could truly know this, our lives would be happier and more fulfilling.

Who Needs a Good Morning Hug? Hug The One You’re With & You’ll be Hugged Too!

Good morning to all the 1,507 followers of Totally Inspired Mind: Where Positive Minds Congregate.
Thank you for sharing the stories, points and words of wisdom I write and hand select each day.

When you wake up in the morning don’t just run to get your morning cup of coffee (like I swear by) but show LOVE and THOUGHTFULNESS to every person who is in your path.

Set the coffee maker up the night before, make lunches the night before, set your clothes and accessories out & even take a shower the evening before (it will relax your muscles and help you sleep better), so all you do is wake up, be grateful you did wake up for another day on this great planet we share, and drink coffee (or tea or whatever you like), pray, meditate and get ready.

Allow yourself TIME so you can relax and NOT HURRY. Hug your significant other and tell your kids you love them as they head for school & work.
Show yourself you love yourself enough to give yourself TIME the night before and when you awaken so YOUR ATTITUDE will be BRIGHT along with the RISING SUN..

Learning is Where It Begins

Read these very true words to yourself a few times. Read to your kids as they will learn concepts and that there are great things to aspire to.
Go to family field trips to the best local library in your neighborhood.
Expose yourself to various periodicals about interests you have, because you will learn from the articles, pictures and resources.
Knowledge leads to most everything great in the world; it is the path to get there.
Thank you Astrid for this.

Prayer is when you talk to God. Meditation is when you’re listening. Playing the piano allows you to do both at the same time. -Kelsey Grammer from Esquire Magazine

The feature “Points To Ponder” in Reader’s Digest magazine has always been my favorite part of the magazine. I used to cut them out of the books and add a pithy quote to the message on my voice mail, for something people weren’t counting on.

Do you play an instrument like guitar, cello, violin or piano and have you experienced spiritual feelings? Would some of the 1400+ readers like to share how music inspires you and speaks to you?

Our Eye Sight – Something Some Take For Granted

As you noticed I put up several stories to do with blindness and apps for the blind and increasing public awareness for people who are blind.

I met someone very special by the name of Marty Ashman, who you would never know is legally blind. He is handsome, has a winning attitude and believes though losing his site 4 years ago due to retinitis pigmentosa continues to inspire others like me.
He is studying to be a Mentor for other blind people to show that blindness isn’t the end of living.

This story will be continued tomorrow…

Watch “How To Get Rid Of Headache Or Migraine In 2 Minutes Or Less” on YouTube

My friend Francesca Cangiolosi has a terrible headache now. Being the resourceful person I am, I found this for her from Kamil. It is really extraordinary and has you focus on what the color and shape and location of your headache is.
After repeating it several times, and really thinking about it…
In most cases, your headache will be gone.

If this helps some of you like my friend Myles Siglin & Francesca C., it was worth finding it.

Sent with love and health wishes for all who read & try this.

222, 333, 444. Do you see repeating numbers?

How especially interesting is this story from Sharon from her blog Awakening Angels. I know we were supposed to meet because I was born at 4:44 a.m. and all throughout my life I have noticed that at key points in my life, that number has come up and marked the time I met someone or finished something, or did something significant. Or like in the mark of a rainbow in the sky when I was praying asking God for a sign that everything would be alright and I would finally have a nice. Place to live where I can live in peace surrounded by my personal belongings again, instead of stored in storage vaults in CA.

In writing this post it 4:41 p.m., not quite 4:44 p.m.

By the time I reblogged this and it saved to Totally Inspired Mind…guess what time it was….4:44 p.m.

Doesn’t matter if it is am or pm, the significance has always been there.
I have been waking up at that hour lately and accomplish more than I would any other time. It is as though my body is reborn and I awake refreshed along with the day as the sun rises.

I will be typing the letter to Congressman Dr. Joe Heck to obtain a HUD Voucher and raise my ssi check and some other issues.
I did 4 hours of calling and research here in Nevada to find out who the major was etc. Migeuel, who was Senator Harry Reid’s assistant was an extraordinary human being. Nobody from Jerry Brown to Mayor Villiagosi ever cared about anything to do with people with disabilities. If I had been a Mexican woman with 3 kids, they would have given me $800 per kid and WIC, but a disabled American woman-me- was always treated like second class garbage by the entire social service program.

I know I am digressing from the topic of numerology and intuition that it started with…
I am preparing for the letter that I hope will pave the way for every disabled person in Nevada to live with dignity and have a mandatory housing program to go with their low $721 ssi check.
Mine was cut from $860 in Ca and though the rent is cheaper here, it is still impossible to qualify for a place on my own.
I hope to be the first person that complained in such a constructive way that I am actually heard. Nevada is different in many good ways by comparison to southern Ca.
I see fewer people in wheelchairs sitting around with boxes on their laps which was their house, thank God. The bus system is the best I have ever seen in my life and paying normal people ride it instead of the many crazy people and homeless that OCTA in CA would let fill up the 29 line every day. People have a code of ethics to follow on the bus here, or they’re thrown off.
One of the most heartwarming differences is bus drivers are more competent, kinder, friendlier and have never been too busy to help me or tell me directions-as I frequently get lost still!
CA would not be in the financial shape if they would not give benefits to people unless they are a resident of the state like Nevada does.
Nevada cares about its people and from every person I have spoken at length with in the Clark County Library, Senator Reed’s office, Congressman Joe Heck and the mayor- they try to give everyone a chance here and help when they are able.
Las Vegas is a multi-cultural and multi-racial melting pot.
Black people are treated like white and every race co-exists with eachother by trying to be considerate to the other.
Having armed security guards in nearly every store and 2 on every bus, keeps the peace too.
I have saved photos of every hotel and place I have stayed since Mike Bunker evicted me from my parent’s duplex. I am going to show what kind of life I have lived and am still struggling, though I underplay it here.
I have been at Seigel Suites for the last 3 weeks with a great friend helping make this possible. It is the lowest my blood pressure has been in a long while and I sleep through the night.

I want it over though.

I have been in The Quest of Finding My Home So I Can Thrive….

That’s the title of the next installment

Can’t believe I did this on my Galaxy S Relay….but I did.

God bless all who read this and pull out your best prayers to hopefully make that rainbow I saw in the sky at 4:44 pm 2 days ago, be the sign I asked for from God finally have my own sanctuary. If a guy goes with the deal, I wouldn’t mind either folks!
