It was April 2012 when I created Totally Inspired Mind: Where Positive Minds Congregate in a Comfort Suites Motel when I knew I could no longer take care of my dear mother Ramona Le Pore, who had severe Alzheimer’s disease. I was with her over 13 years from 2001, making her meals. buying her whatever she needed and being delighted in doing it. She made me who I am today and I wanted to give her every chance of not having to go into a special senior home for people with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, but my mother gave up after my dad died from congestive heart failure. I was not the power of attorney on my parent’s care, but that was left to my brother-in-law. If I had been the one in charge-dad would have gotten 24 hour care a long time ago and not taxed my mother who was not mentally or physically able to care for him. She needed care, more than I could give. Until you live with someone who is affected by dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, you will never fully understand what I mean.
Once I knew mom had a place that would watch out for her, and help her in ways I would have never been able to-since I cannot be a team of people!

When I created Totally Inspired Mind I envisioned a place where the best stories would be written and I would merge resources with other intelligent Triple Winners who care about the world, the people in it, and spreading good vibes throughout.
In a few days there will be 1300 followers, over 42,000 views, numerous blogger awards and a multitude of amazing friendships I have built through the creation of this.
It has become exactly what I envisioned, except only better. I never dreamed I would hear from such a wide demographic of people and would become friends with so many, touching their lives, their hearts and souls.
Thank you readers for giving me joy, making me smile, bringing me up when I am down and teaching me that with patience, you can do anything at all.
