I couldn’t have said it better…………..words of the wise…

These words are not my own but I couldn’t have said this better. When you remove the negative & hurtful people out of your life what will happen is positive and loving people with fill in the gap they once took, making you happier & healthier.
Removing bad people out of your world is like removing a rotten tooth out of your mouth that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Once you remove them, your smile will be bright and you won’t have them constantly making you sad so the right kind of people will be attracted to you.

See how easy that is?

Paulette Le Pore Motzko

What do you think of that always makes you feel better?

I usually take a walk by the pier, any pier will do, and somehow, while being surrounded by the big expanse of blue my problems diminish in size and I can see how I can tackle them or solve them.

Going through the hell with The John Stewart Company waiting for my one bedroom place to be built at the price of $444 a month has been a living nightmare. The last thing I wanted or needed was a class action suit! I just wanted peace of mind and a nice place to live in a good neighborhood.

I wrote a story and posted it on here and since doing so another person who was wronged by them came forward.
Even if the place were free it would be built in hell due to the lousy apathetic cruel managers who run it.

I have a plan of action I just don’t want to televise it to the world.

Everyone please pray and or meditate that the problems I have of not having a place are gone. In a week I am under the gun to get a cash loan so I can afford the move and the first month’s rent somewhere cheaper than OC. I am looking at Citrus Heights, Sacramento, Las Vegas…due to the business that like my marketing work etc.

I am prayed out and am on action over drive survival mode.
I am not too pleased with where praying and action got me.
To even find out about The Vista del Rios, I was on the phone with over 100 entities all over Orange County.

I have to make my story have a good ending some how.

Have a wonderful day wherever you live.

I am looking for a room with a bed in exchange for cooking & cleaning

Looking for a temporary room to stay in a non-smoking, Christian home.
In exchange for living in a room (I am only bringing 3 suitcases and a few bags that have the things that make living in a hotel “livable”-water kettle and small crock pot and my daily groceries, because I can’t afford to eat every meal out.

Paulette Le Pore Motzko

I can then for you do any of these things for a month’s stay:

1. Cook for the family
2. Help with housework
3. Help with older children-I was a master piano teacher for 20 years but my upright grand is in storage now!
4. Do typing work-80 w.p.m.
5. Write content for your web site

Please contact Paulette at: 714-728-6037 or Email her at:

Please no sales ads regarding this. You will be deleted.

I need to save up to move my 3 vaults from storage and pay for the movers & truck to either move it somewhere in Orange County, CA- which is what I really want, or I AM LOOKING AT CHEAP PLACES TO LIVE ELSEWHERE LIKE SACRAMENTO AND CITRUS HEIGHTS. If I had a room mate who was non-smoking and had a reliable money source who didn’t smoke, drink or have weird fetishes, any bratty kids or a ferocious pit bull dog or other deal breaker-Please feel free to contact me.

I have seen the gamut in trying to locate a suitable person-then also contact Paulette at: Paulette_Motzko@yahoo.com I HAVE ALREADY BEEN TO TUCSON, AZ AND DIDN’T CARE FOR THE BUS LINES OR DISTANCE BETWEEN THEM…ABOUT A MILE.

So if any of my readers know anyone in Orange County who would be receptive to bartering a room for cooking/cleaning or other services, let me know!
Email me or call me at 714-728-6037

I hope something turns up here.

If I found a nice, reliable, non-smoking room mate here in OC….who was trustworthy we could split a two bedroom some where in a safe city, because I walk around and don’t drive. I am looking for a place close to stores, bus lines and doesn’t have a crime committed every 5 minutes!

I will say a hopeful prayer and hit the post button.
I am hoping is I can help them and they can help me and everybody is happy.

The John Stewart Company unfairly declined my application

Let me set the scene for you:

Here it is last night about 7 p.m. and I am drinking some Jasmine Pearl Tea at Peet’s Coffee & Tea. I get 3 emails from Vanessa and one from Ms. Horn the VP of The John Stuart Company stating after being told I was chosen for this place out of thousands in Orange County, giving up my dog Lucky, incurring storage and hotels just to enable to stay wait for my place to be done being built.

I passed the credit &  background checks weeks ago and saw the place. It was more than an apartment, but supposed to be a way to enable disabled people to live better quality lives.
It turned into a nightmare.

After being told two times the project was taking 3 months longer than anticipated, I have been in more Motel 6’s than I want to admit to, had my $1000 laptop and $300 Jetpack 4G portable router stolen and am now friends with the president of Uhaul who has made sure I didn’t lose everything in storage vaults!

I made a choice to wait for this place as an investment in my life quality, never thinking it would drag out this long or have such a horrid ending!

It ain’t over yet though.

I contacted one of the story writers for The Orange County Register and he is considering doing a story about it.

I hope he does. Just because people are disable doesn’t mean they should be treated like garbage.

I was told in the pdf file by the VP of The John Stewart Company my application was being denied because I used profanity….well I asked for a move in date and they left it open ended, making me feel like the whole charade could go on to infinitum. I wouldn’t allow that.

The things I earn money with are in the storage vault…desk office chairs & my upright grand piano.

Had I moved to Arizona, like I was planning the last week of March 2013, I would be moved in, building piano students etc.

CA was and always will be my first choice to live…my mom lives here, my friends who are my extended family.

What was the rent on The Vista del Rio in Santa Ana? $444 a month, free wifi, and Good Will Industries would have helped me with grocery shopping, since I don’t drive any more (after my near fatal car accident 15 years ago having a seizure behind the wheel!)

I just want peace and wish I would find people who know the meaning of the word INTEGRITY, FAIRNESS and who have a CONSCIOUS. The John Stewart Company possess none of those qualities.

What should I do?

Who said this? “Often you see small and big wires, new and old, cheap & expensive…

“Often you see small and big wires, new and old, expensive electric cables that are useless, for until the current passes through them there will be no light.”

“The wires are you and me, the current is God. We have the power to let the current pass through us- to use us- or refuse to be used and allow darkness to spread”

I hope you like the first installment of “Who said this””

Just Pondering Part 443

A very true observation Renard about our modern day technologically fueled world.
I love using my extraordinary gadgets but I also am not glued to them. I see people who are like Androids themselves who don’t even see people around them! I never want to be like that which is why I only spend a certain amount of hours on the computer and leave time for interpersonal communication. It is important to have balance in our life.

Your Epilepsy News Resource

This is a newsletter I created last year because I was diagnosed with the disorder when I was 9 and had never seen anything as informative ever created about epilepsy that was constantly updated with the latest, ground breaking news about it and neurology.

Anyone at any age can aquire epilepsy by a fever that goes to high, a blow on the head, convulsions or head trauma.

I hope we find more medicines like Vimpat like I am taking, that have few side effects and a high success rate.

I also want to lobby with CURE so we can raise more $ to find the cure in the future.

My Church Lies in the Sea by Paulette Le Pore Motzko

My church lies in the sea and I am part of each wave that sings it’s Sea Song.
My church lies in the sea and the sea gulls are the choir.
The stained glass windows consist of multi-colored skies and the billowing clouds are the angels looking peacefully downward on me…
Seeming to Guide Me….

All is well by the sea and as I walk tensions disappear, if by magic. My load is lightened and my back and neck and forehead feel no worry and my heartaches are cast into the great depths.

God bless the sea and let’s protect it and the sea creatures that dwell within it innocently.

Much as a church we must respect it, cherish it as a woman is to a man.

God bless the sea and God bless ME.

Rich families ‘hire disabled people to beat queues at Disney World’

Just one more reason I can’t stand what Disneyland has turned into!
If is isn’t bad enough that Disney has raised their prices so that only the rich can afford it, they exploit disabled people so they can do crooked and basically dishonest practices like this.

Reminds me of how many Mercedes, Jags and BMWs I see in handicapped parking. I am disabled myself and I am not saying disabled people cannot have cars like that, but I have lived a life with discrimination in the job force and not given jobs because I can’t drive for medical reasons.

More than likely those fancy cars are from the rich who have doctor friends that them a plaquard certificate falsifying or pretending they are, taking the disabled parking spots from the disabled community.

What next?

There are better ways for disabled people to earn money other than assuming their identity to get ahead in a line! There other ways disabled people can earn a living, giving themselves self respect.
How can someone pay someone to do this and how does Disney allow it?

What are your thoughts?

Looking For Ideas For Totally Inspired Mind

Paulette Le Pore Motzko here at an Italian restaurant with friends…
I wanted to ask YOU my readers and followers, what ideas you have on features for this site.

I will be featuring young, positive, goal-oriented people who know what their passion is in life and they set goals to achieve them. They place education high on their list, care about the environment, and can see what they want to do not only a year from now but ten years from now…and perhaps even 20 years from now.

I met such a person yesterday named Luis when I was at Starbucks yesterday and you will be seeing a story about him after he passes his nursing exam to become an RN.

If you know of a person who is one of these positive young people who genuinely care about not just themselves, but others, and have a kind heart let me know!

Tell me about him or her and why you think writing about them would be a good thing.

Kids and teens have tons of peer pressure to smoke, drink, look at porno and use abrasive language. Gosh knows I have ears and can hear the FU__ word said these days as though the teens were saying a phrase like “you know” or “really”?

There are kids that chose wisely and a better route.

Tell me about them and I will give them some kudos, even that’s not what they were looking for.
I am hoping that by putting more great kids in the fore front they will set great examples for others and start a new better trend.

Email ideas for future stories to me at

Do you know a positive, goal-oriented person? I will write a story about them.

We need more role models and positive stories about people who have made a difference or people who had a passion and love for something and made a living out of it.

Also, if you know of a young adult, teenager or child who is special and has showed that in spite of peer pressure they still have morals and values, tell me about them.

Send a short bio and story about them and their full name and a send me a photo in jpg file format, and I will do my best to write about them. The more we share and highlight people like this, the more people like this will be.

By telling about the lives of positive people who have made a difference to others and in their communities, it urges others others to do the same as them. Good people are like a ripple in a stream or pond…their actions influence others way beyond what they will ever know.

Another battle you will win

Here is a fantastically wonderful prayer Susan Logan wrote for a dear friend who was diagnosed with cancer. May this prayer give any other cancer survivors and those who still battle it peace & courage knowing we are all cheering you to beat cancer off the face of the planet.

I would love to help The American Cancer Society generate money to wipe cancer out and find a cure.

Here is a thought to keep in your mind any time you aren’t feeling special. Remember, you could mean the world to a dozen people whose life would never be the same without you!
