Sixty One New Followers of Totally Inspired Mind & Arranging a Meeting with the Mayor of LA

As I have been adding videos, categorizing old posts so none say “uncategorized” and the other laborious things involving keeping this up and running and working….I just got word that there were 61 new followers here.

I will say I am so pleased that I can give joy to so many people and that my readers think that what I write educates them, inspires them and shows them new ways of thinking. I changed the format of the site today. What do you think of the changes I made?

Until I put up the next post that I wrote yesterday at Starbucks, about 2000 words, I bid you all a wonderful evening. It is raining here in southern California.

Still looking for a place that I can afford.

I also contacted my attorney to get a meeting with the mayor of Los Angeles to so I can discuss issues like taking the CA Budget and increasing the allocated funds for the disabled community like myself about 50 million dollars. That would provide the voucher I desperately need now to afford a one bedroom place somewhere in Orange County now. I would be helping about 200,000 other disabled people who don’t have the fortitude or courage or persistence I do, if I am successful. Everything I have ever done in my life I have been success at.

When I accomplish something in life I picture me shooting a basketball over the top of the moon. I figure if I come in a little next to the top of the moon, I am still doing damn good. Things need to be changed in Orange County, and since Orange County doesn’t have a mayor but it has needs, I will begin there.

I will be writing a petition showing what will be done with the money that I am asking for, but let’s put it this way. I haven’t driven for nearly 15 years and have seen countless disabled people in wheel chairs who are homeless! One person like that is too many! I have seen a dozen on a regular basis and talked to them and heard their stories. It is TRAGIC and they are American Citizens who have civil rights and deserve to live in integrity with roofs over their heads, a place to sleep and a pillow under their heads, not to mention some where to wash themselves and take care of themselves properly. WE have the money in CA to take care of everybody. The money is there period. It needs to be allocated differently and maybe some people’s salaries need to be cut a little to take care of everybody and let everybody live in dignity.

Veterans are another sore issue with me, and my dad was one and crippled in a wheel chair needing 24 hour assistance in the end of his life, ending last September 2012. I have bought care packages for at least a dozen Vets who proudly served this country to end up crippled in a wheelchair forgotten as though they don’t exist! That is outrageous. What kind of country are we that we don’t care of the very people who served and protected all of us?

These are other issues I will be discussing with the Mayor of Los Angeles. I am a good writer, I can write the speeches I give, and have been on television before using teleprompters on a commercial I did for Orange County News Channel when I was the Director for The Epilepsy Foundation. It was the first commercial produced and aired about epilepsy in over 50 years.

I am a catalyst for Positive Change. I never wanted to get into politics but I care about the big picture and don’t see things through the eye of a pin like so many congress people who are rich and don’t know the real life struggles of day to day.

I know I suffered because a lot of the way we do things in this country, which in many respects are wrong and unfair to single men, single women like myself, and giving priority to women with kids, acting as though every one else doesn’t exist or isn’t important. I want to see everyone treated the same with the same opportunities no matter what color their skin or if they have a child or how much they have their bank account.

I have ideas for a Health Care System that I want to propose to President Obama, but it will take a trip to the White House to show it to him.

It is worth it.

I could change the lives of millions of people if I did. Someone has to care to begin with. That person is going to be Antonio Viliagosi who I sent repeat faxes to with no contact back. My attorney called him and I am sure now he knows I mean business.

I wish that the most important things were the easiest to obtain in life, but they aren’t.

“The open mouth gets fed” as they say or “the one that makes the most noise gets heard.”

I know that when the mayor sees me, and talks to me, it will be harder to forget me. Then things begin to happen to change the way things are…..for the better.

have had Vietnamese men at Starbucks when discussing politics and promoting English in this county and opening the job market up for everybody who can do the job, hiring interpreters for those who need it
